- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.

IMPORTANT: The card (key) must not be left near electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, televisions, etc... As the card will become damaged and you will not be able to access the unit. If this happens, you will be responsible for covering the replacement cost of the card, which is $300 MXN.
