The property has a fifth King BR/BA with a separate entrance that is also available at an additional cost. When not booked, this separate BR/BA may be occupied by owner.

Guests have access to Free Xfinity Wi-Fi with 1200 mbps of internet speed and basic cable TV. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with formal, breakfast, bar and terrace dining. Entertainment room with 14ft ceiling, bar, home theater, Sony Smart TV and Denon sound system.
