This elegantly furnished and spacious 970 sq ft one-bedroom apartment is designed with an open-floor living and dining area. The dining and living space features a family-size dining table, seating including a large sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV enabled with Satellite TV channels and Netflix.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutleries, including a stovetop, coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave and more. The laundry area includes a fully automatic washing machine.

In the bedroom, you'll find a delightful king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. You can also access the balcony, enjoying the breathtaking city views!

The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The building is next to a large park and offers exceptional recreation facilities like swimming pools, squash courts, badminton courts and a fitness centre with a convenient grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants within the building complex.

We also offer its own private covered car park.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Note: There is some building construction going on nearby, which might cause some noise.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores. The area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations.

Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can't fail to miss Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world's tallest building but the world's largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children's play areas.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB airport is a 20-minute drive away.
Dubai Mall is 15 minutes away on foot and 5 minutes away by car.
Closest Metro Station is Business Bay, 4km away.
Burj Khalifa and the World Trade Centre are 10 minutes drive away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
