Wallingford Villa

This house was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our week long trip to Seattle. The house comfortably accommodated everyone, it was clean, welcoming, and super adorable. The owners were always prompt in their replies when I had questions. Oh, and the neighborhood was absolutely perfect: the house was close to a QFC grocery store, some delicious restaurants and University Village. The next time I need larger lodgings than a hotel hopefully I'll be able to rent this house again.

Beautiful House and Great Location

  • 5 of 5
We had an amazing stay. We were a big party, 7 adults and 3 children, and we did not feel crowded at all. The house is spotless and spacious. Kitchen is great if you like to cook and has a huge dining area. I was anxious, as i have never rented a house before, but was pleasantly surprised by everything. If we ever go back to Seattle, we will definitely try to rent this house again. Thanks Maureen for a wonderful stay.

UW graduation weekend

  • 4 of 5
We stayed for 4 nights. We are a party of 5, parents and adult sons. We were there to attend UW's graduation. The location was great as we could easily walk there plus being in the Wallingford area was a great location for walking, food, etc. We loved have enough room for all to spread out and yet have their private space when needed. Everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchen was very well equipped. Yes, we would recommend to others!

Great Home in Wallingford area

  • 5 of 5
This home was perfect for our family gathering of 8 adults. Very accessible location from I5 and 1/2 hour bike ride to downtown. Large kitchen and dining room were great for our evening meals and the sundeck was well used. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was one of the best. Thanks Maureen, we plan to return next year.

GREAT stay in Seattle! My wife and I, with our two younger boys (20 and 17) came here to visit our oldest son (22) who moved here from CT a year and a half ago. First time in Seattle, and the city, surrounding mountains, and this house were all extraordinary! We will be coming back again, and would love to stay in this house. Very convenient location to downtown, and within walking distance to many coffee, ice cream, wine/beer, groceries, bars.

Outstanding!! Quiet location in ideal location and plenty of room for our party of 9 plus 2 chihuahuas :)
Clean, well organized home and excellent communication with property owner prior to arrival. It was definitely a "home away from home" for us in a very classy and stylish 1920's home. Thank you Maureen!!
