Convenience
Lakewood is located just 10 min away from Downtown Dallas, 8 minutes from Baylor Medical Center, 12 minutes from Deep Ellum nightlife, and 10 minutes from Lower Greenville eateries. You won't have any trouble getting groceries, taking a scenic walk, or hanging out with friends from this location!

See & Do
If you love the outdoors, Lakewood is the perfect neighborhood to visit. Take the entire family to the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, one of Dallas' best attractions. This attractions boasts year-wide seasonal exhibits, including a huge autumn festival that features life-sized fairy tales houses made out of pumpkins. During the summer months, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens has outdoor concerts. If your family dog travels with you, take him/her to the dog park at the lovely White Rock Lake.

Eat
Lakewood has all types of restaurants, ideal for any craving. If you're in the mood for Tex-Mex, go to Matt's Rancho Martinez Mexican Restaurant. Another neighborhood favorite is Dixie House, known for its fried chicken plates. If you have a sweet tooth, Lakewood has a ton of locally-owned bakeries, including Casa Linda Bakery, which is known for cookies and Petit Fours.

Party
Lakewood is a popular artist hangout spot in Dallas, so the nightlife scene is fun there! If you want to catch a live band, go to the Balcony Club or Lakewood Theater to see a show. Or if you'd prefer to kick back with friends and some stout cocktails, go to Cosmo's Lounge or the Lakewood Landing - dive bars at their best.

Shop
The eccentricity of the Lakewood neighborhood is also seen in the local shops. There are a ton of cute boutiques, such as Debutantes and Cowboys and Ditto Boutique. If you're in an adventurous mood, go to Curiosities Antiques, which features a wide variety of unique finds from local estate sales, including children's books and old-fashioned toys.

The apartment complex has a gated parking lot. You can sign up online for a visitor pass for up to 3 days. If you're staying longer, I can provide an extended visitor pass.

We can only provide a parking pass for ONE vehicle during your stay and do not provide additional parking. Towing is strictly enforced in the complex. Street parking may be available right outside the complex.
❌ 🐶 Guest agrees to include all guests and pets staying overnight IN their reservation. Additional guests are charged a fee per night, and there is a $120 per unexpected pet fee for specialized cleanings.
❌ 🚬 Guest agrees not to smoke on the property (including balconies and patios). If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations.
❌ 👞 Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. Failure to do so will result in a $95 fine.
❌ 📬 Guest agrees to have no mail sent to the home (UPS, FedEx, Amazon deliveries are permitted) and won't expect us to retrieve or return any lost packages or forgotten items.
❌ 🎉 Guest agrees not to throw a party on the property. If evidence of a large gathering is found, there is a fine of up to $3000 and we reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no refund.
✅ 🛠️ Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to fix anything. We will try to give ample notice ahead of their arrival so they will be out of your way.
