The Space:
This vacation home isn't just a place to stay; it's your own personal wonderland. Step outside, and you'll be greeted by a backyard oasis that dreams are made of – a sparkling swimming pool with a spillover jacuzzi hot tub and a sun-soaked sundeck, complete with lounging chairs that are basically calling your name. Dive in, splash around, and when you're ready, fire up the BBQ for a poolside feast that can't be beaten. With room for 12 of your buddies to dine al fresco, you can channel your inner Gordon Ramsey on your very own private grill!

Inside, you'll feel like a superstar with the spacious open-concept design that's just begging for a dance-off. Kick back in front of the living room's 3 large smart TVs (yes, cable and high-speed internet are on the house), so everyone gets a seat with a perfect view! Plus, those massive, huggable sofas are practically built for epic cuddle sessions.

The kitchen is a food lover's dream come true, equipped with top-notch appliances, not one, but two full-sized dishwashers, and a duo of fridge/freezer combos. Countertop space galore for your culinary masterpieces and a 12-person dining table make mealtime a party. Plus, there's room for six more at the kitchen island bar – the more, the merrier, right?

Brace yourselves for the in-house games room extravaganza! It's like stepping into a commercial arcade, with cool murals, and a crazy collection of games to keep your whole crew grinning from ear to ear. Table tennis, air hockey, foosball, arcade games, PS4 and Xbox – we've got it all!

Heading upstairs, the fun doesn't stop. You and your gang can kick back in the theater room, complete with a giant projection screen and cozy recliners. It's movie night heaven.

Each bedroom is a cozy hideaway, complete with its own ensuite bathroom, comfy bedding, and a smart TV to keep everyone entertained. But wait until you see the kids rooms! Themed with their favourite movie characters, we've decorated the kids rooms with cool mood lighting, awesome murals and fun bedding! The ground level of the home boasts 5 King sized bedrooms, and the upstairs has 5 more King sized bedrooms; two bedrooms with one bunkbed each; two bedrooms with two bunkbeds each; and a room with 2 full sized beds.

Guests also gain full access to Sonoma Luxury Resort, which features a luxury Clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool with a water-slide and poolside cabanas, a jacuzzi, a fitness facility, a tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, a children’s play area, and a walking/jogging trail.

Guest Access:
Parking
• Up to 6 vehicles can park in the driveway. If required, there is also an additional parking at the clubhouse. Clubhouse overnight parking is not allowed.

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard.

You will also have full access to Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury Clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool with a water-slide and poolside cabanas, a jacuzzi, a fitness facility, a tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, a children’s play area, and a walking/jogging trails.

The Neighborhood:
The property is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Guests have access to the Sonoma Resort, which features a luxury clubhouse with a lounge, a large resort style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility.

Getting Around:
Please feel free to park in the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. There is overflow parking available at the clubhouse.

Other Things to Note:
• The resort pool will be unavailable for use for the next few weeks. The clubhouse is currently undergoing a reconstruction project to improve the pool area. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions.

• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We're happy to deliver:
--> a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70per tank.
--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

• If you have any special requests throughout your stay, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
