This studio was absolutely wonderful!!! Location was perfect, blocks from Frenchman's Street, around the corner to the French Market, and a few blocks down to Lafitte's for the best Hurricane ever! Very clean and quiet, just as portrayed in the photos! Cindy was great to work with and responded very quickly to the few questions we had. Looking forward to next years visit!!! I would highly recommend this property.

Our vacation

  • 5 of 5
We love to visit New Orleans and the French Quarter. We've talked about renting a condo instead of staying in a hotel but thought we couldn't afford it. We were surprised at how affordable this condo was. Perfect spot to tour the French Quarter. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed Bourbon Street at night. It's close to the festivities but far enough away that you don't have any of the noise.

The condo was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. Access was easy and parking was great. I highly recommend renting it. We most definitely will again!

Our NOLA getaway

  • 5 of 5
We love to come visit New Orleans and have talked about renting a condo some day. When we started looking we didn't think we would find one we could afford but then we found your place. We loved the look and the feel and the location was perfect for us.

When we arrived we were not disappointed. We couldn't believe our good luck. Access was easy and parking was more than we could hope for. We parked right on the street with no problem.

We will definitely rent here again. Thank you so much for helping make our vacation one of the best to New Orleans yet.

Perfect place to stay in the French Quarter

  • 5 of 5
Charming studio with great décor, just as pictured. It is clean and has everything you will need for your stay. Perfect place to rest after a day of walking. We loved the location as it was on the edge of the French Quarter away from the noise and chaos but close to Frenchman St and the music. Several excellent restaurants within blocks. We got on street parking (with the parking pass) right in front of the condo. We used the car once and got another spot right across the street, but I can see that parking may be a problem during busier months. You really do not need a car as everything is within walking distance. We would definitely stay again when in New Orleans.

Unbelievable. This place is a gem!

  • 5 of 5
I can't state enough how great this place is. The location is perfect. Just on the edge of the French Quarter, so quiet enough at night to get a good sleep, but close enough to walk to the local attractions, including the great music scene on Frenchman in Merigny! On Cindy's recommendation we took in breakfast at the Ruby Slipper which is just a couple of blocks away and it was fantastic. The condo has everything you need and is very clean. We parked our car on the street when we arrived and didn't touch it again until we left 3 days later. Because the location is at the end of Bourbon, it was fairly simple to hail cabs for trips to outside of the Quarter. The guest book is loaded with recommendations from previous guests that helps in finding some less "touristy" places to drink and dine. We were there for a wedding on a very busy weekend for the city, and my wife and I commented several times on how happy we were to have found Quarterview after seeing where others in the wedding party chose to stay. This is hands down better than staying in a hotel, and we felt much more a part of the city by staying here. If we ever get back (hopefully soon) we will be looking this place up again. If we travel with another couple, I believe there may be another unit or two in the same building for rent as well, which would allow for a little larger group to all be in the same area without resorting to a traditional hotel but still feeling like you have the privacy of a hotel room. Thanks again!

From the Owner

We love the safety of the area & convenience of walking to many locations. When you walk outside the Condo there is so much to see and do you won't know what direction you want to go in. Take a right and walk almost one block and across the street you will see Port Of Call. A famous hamburger resturant which is also known for its famous drink, Monsoon. Take a left and walk about 4 blocks and you will see Frenchmen St. Take a left on Frenchmen and as you walk down the block you will have a choice of several bar and restaurants with live entertainment. If you don't take a left on Frenchmen St. then walk another block and take a right and you will be headed to the French Market. If you don't feel like heading left or right, then walk stright down Bourbon St. and get ready for the time of your life. When headed down Bourbon, stop at 941 Bourbon St. and visit the oldest bar in the U.S. 'Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop Bar. It was established around 1772.
