This property is in an ideal location for enjoying the Big Island as you can walk to the Ocean, beaches, shopping, the Saturday farmers market, golfing, fine dining, casual restaurants, and many water activities. The Ocean Breeze Kona Home is located in a well established small community of homes built along the Keauhou Bay. This is a great spot in a safe neighborhood and just a few miles from downtown Kailua Kona. It is a single family dwelling and nothing is shared with others.

Great Beach House!

This house worked perfectly for our group of 7. It's all about location and the view off the lanai for this one. We would spend the day out exploring the island and then come home to use the pool and watch the sunset. Having the grocery and restaurants so close by was a plus for sure. We would stay here again for sure and recommend to anyone. The views of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing while relaxing out back will stay with us forever.

Paradise

Having all the kitchen and bathroom necessities on-hand was appreciated. This benefit saved us lots of money. The home was nice and clean. With that said being a home and a home located on the ocean there is always something that needs attention. Just let Sandra know. If it can be fixed easily it will get done. If not she will let you know. Enjoy Blue Hawaii. ALOHA..

Wonderful Place

We loved our stay. The home is very comfortable and homey. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen for all the meals we prepared for our group of 8. The beach equipment was nice to have for our day at the beach. The view can't be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic View

The lanai was perfect ! Great for meals, relaxing on lounges and a great view of ocean. Kitchen was well equipped, could not figure out how the ceiling lighting/fan worked so it was a little dark with just the under counter lights. Pool and hot tub were good, not sure if it is the norm in Hawaii but hot tub never really got hot, maybe 90F max. Would stay again as it was great for our family of 6 adults and 3 children of various ages.

This property is ideally suited for living a Tropical Lifestyle as well as being close to medical facilities, fine restaurants, shopping and lots of water activities. From here you can take long beautiful walks by the water, walk to a Farmers Market, to the movies or to go Golfing.

What makes this property unique

As soon as you walk through the front door you will see why I fell in love with this house. The ocean breeze, the warm balmy nights, the proximity to fun, food and frolicking all caught my fancy and I had to buy it. This was 25 years ago .... you might say, it's a keeper.
