A 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo with Peak 9 Views

Our building is situated below Peak 9 in the Four Seasons neighborhood of beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. It's perfectly located because a short (5-10 min) walk will have you on the QuickSilver or Beaver Run Super Chairs, while a couple of minutes in the other direction will land you on Breckenridge's historic Main Street. If that's too much walking, the local (free!) shuttle is directly outside the front door.

Our 2nd Floor, 2-level unit is bright and comfortable, offering views of Peak9 from the living area and from the master loft bedroom. Just open your eyes for the snow report and mountain conditions!

Our condo sleeps 5-7, depending on arrangements. The loft bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a single bed (ideal for a couple and child). The couches in the living area can be pulled into another full-size sleeper if necessary.

We have a great balcony facing south-west for Colorado sunshine and a new gas Weber for grilling.

The 42' LCD TV in the living area is equipped with cable from Comcast as well as NetFlix, Amazon Video and other smart-TV apps.

The kitchen, while not yet updated, is well-appointed and should have everything you need for preparing meals and beverages.

Great location and propoerty!

We rented from Jay for a 2-night stay. The location was absolutely perfect and the condo fully equipped with everything that you would need. We were able to easily walk to the lifts and to Breckenridge brewery. All of the information Jay provided prior to our stay was accurate and easy to follow. The condo was clean, very comfortable, had nice knives in the kitchen (a rarity in rentals) and very comfortable beds. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Great place 2 stay!! A little far for my 9 yr old & 8 yr old 2 walk 2 lift w/ snow boots & skis, so my husband drove us to a close drop off point, (beaver run lift) and all was well!! Jay was very easy 2 book w/ and responded promptly 2 any questions!!

Great place, great location

I stayed at this rental property for a ski weekend with a few friends. The property has everything that you could want. Plenty of room for sleeping accommodations, easy access to a hot tub and pool, short walk to the Peak 9 base area, and a fully funcitonal kitchen area for the culinarily inclined. The location is also easily walkable to downtown Breck and all the bars and restaurants it has to offer. You will not regret booking this condo!

Lovely Place!

Jay and Shelly are extraordinarily kind and go out of their way to make sure this is a comfortable and easy spot to enjoy Breck! Fantastic location, easy to use and well stocked kitchen, soft and cozy towels, sheets and blankets! Walk out the door and find bars, restaurants and shops and the lift! We were there in the fall (this review is long overdue) and the leaves were incredible! Great hikes not far to see the fall colors! Don't hesitate to book this gem, it will not disappoint you!

We stayed here over a month ago and I never gave the review. Sorry, folks. It's a nice place that's easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the lift which is exactly what we were looking for.

Excellent set up

Everythig fits with the description of the property. We had a wonderfull stay. The host (owner) was available and helpfull. Kitchen is well equiped and everything is fonctionnal. The 5 minutes walk to the quicksilver chair is very easy on the way down knowing we are on our way to ski and a bit longer on the way back after a good day on skis. Close to down town Breck. Never had to take any shuttle.

From the Owner

We purchased our Breckenridge home away from home in the fall of 2012. As avid snowboarders and long-time admirers of Breck in all seasons, we thought that Miner's Candle was situated perfectly between the mountain and everything that the town had to offer - the perfect short escape from Denver and a respite from I-70's weekend traffic. We've started (slowly but surely) to bring the condo up to date, and we're looking forward to all of the family adventures it will bring us in the years to come. We're also looking forward to sharing our home with others - local, regulars and of course those lucky enough to be experiencing Breckenridge for the first time.

Breckenridge is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise. Skiing/snowboarding, fishing, golfing, white-water kayaking, horseback riding, skating, biking and hiking are just a few of the activities that our mountain town has to offer.

And with over 75 restaurants and bars, 160 shops & boutiques, 250 historic designations, a local theater company, an art's district, museums, galleries and concerts at the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge's cultural offerings are as deep as the 300 inches of annual snowfall and as abundant as Breck's 300 Days of Sunshine!

In short, there's something for everyone in Breckenridge - and it's all just steps away from our perfectly situated condo in the Warrior's Mark area - a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and a 3 minute walk in the other direction to Main Street.
