The lower level bath has been completely remodeled to include new tub and tile, toilet, lighting fixtures, vanity with custom-made concrete top, sink and light fixtures - all gorgeous! To keep it going, this unit now has brand new hardwood flooring in both the living room and the kitchen. And speaking of the kitchen, this beautifully remodeled kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, new kitchen cabinets, a large dine-in island and custom concrete countertops and sinks! The spiral staircase up to the loft has new wooden steps for easier access and the loft itself has new carpeting, two queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa and a new flat screen TV with built-in DVD player! The loft bathroom was also updated and has custom concrete countertops and sinks! This gorgeous condo is a must-see with these amazing remodels. In addition, this beautiful One Bedroom + Loft condo has free Wi-Fi and has access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs (which are off site). This gorgeous, high end, completely remodeled and fully loaded condo is in a great location and is a must-have for any great vacation!

Stayed here before Thanksgiving. Everything from check-in to check-out was great. The rental was extremely modern and newly remodeled. The price was an absolute steal for 3 nights and it was very close to downtown Breckenridge as well as the slopes. Entertainment system was the best I've seen. Plenty of firewood too. The only issues were that the the wifi was not the fastest and that I could not find the hot tub even after calling the rental office. I think they said it was in the basement but I couldn't find it down there.

Convenient, well maintained unit.

This unit was clean and well cared for. Contained all necessary kitchen ware and bathroom items. Unit requires climbing to the third level of the building which can be a consideration. Unit faces the street but neighborhood was quiet, very convenient to Snowflake lift (3 minute walk) and ski back via Four O'clock run. Easy walk to downtown, also on bus route. Parking can be tight in front of lodge, esp. with big snowbanks. Beds were comfortable. 2nd level of unit requires climbing tight spiral stairs, difficult to do with luggage. Headroom over the two beds on 2nd level is decreased by sloping ceiling, this would be okay for kids. Two bathrooms reduces conflicts, worth paying for. Gas fireplace didn't work. Too many TV screens in unit. WIFI connection was adequate. Appreciated the large entry hall for skis and boots, etc. Meals were taken around the large island in kitchen, seated on stools, no formal dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator allowed us to prepare all our own meals, including lunches for ski outings, a definite cost saver. Grocery shopping done at City Market, recommended for its wide variety of food choices.
