104 Hickory Place is in a very quiet neighborhood, with four bedrooms upstairs. three bedrooms have king size beds. Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath. One bedroom has 2 single beds. Three full baths, two upstairs and one downstairs. House can sleep 10 people.
Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Free coffee provided.
It has wireless internet service for all media, TV and central air conditioning.
The house one minute walking distance to South Hill Recreation Trail, a hiking and biking trail. Walking distance to Ithaca College 0.4 mile, to Cornell 2.2 miles; to Ithaca airport 4-5 miles; near waterfalls, parks and restaurants.
South Hill Recreation Way is great for walking, hear birds singing, to downtown of Ithaca too.

“Ithaca Vacation rental house in a beautiful, clean, cozy South Hill family home for 5-BR/10-12 people, 3 bathrooms. The rooms are very nicely furnished with a desk, 4 king size and 3 single sized bed, nightstand, and a closet. Clean towels, blankets, and sheets are available during check-in. We also have wireless internet, spacious living room, a kitchen, and free parking on the driveway. We have a large fridge to store your food as well. Backyard picnic table and patio with gorgeous waterfalls and a flower garden. Six Mile Trail is behind our house, perfect for running, walking, and recreation. Children are welcome. Strictly NON-smoking. Extend your stay so you can visit Ithaca's gorgeous waterfalls, hike the trails, visit the Farmer's Market, go on the Wine Trails, shop on the Commons, visit the Sciencenter/Paleontological Research Institute/Ornithology Lab and Sapsucker Woods, etc. Location: South Hill, Ithaca. Walking distance to Ithaca College, bus #11 to Cornell campus, Ithaca Commons, Gimme Coffee, Ithaca Farmer's Market, 2-3 miles to Buttermilk Falls and Cayuga Lake! Stepping out of our vacation house will make you feel like you are in a beautiful park: more than 50 kinds of flowers surround our house. They begin blossoming in early spring until late fall. An important element of the house's vision is our adherence to energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmentally responsible living.”
