Brick patio offers comfortable place to relax in the front yard. Enjoy the view from several places inside or outside the house. Guests have use of a self-contained portable fire pit. 3-mile Pacific Ocean pathway connects Natural Bridges State Beach and Park to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Guests will receive our list of local activities as part of the arrival package.

AIR CONDITIONING
Advance notice of desire to use required. We have a portable unit that requires some installation. Please note: This is NOT a central A/C unit, and it is does NOT serve/cool the entire house. It's used to cool one room, perhaps a bedroom, and should not be confused with a whole-house unit.

THE FAMILY DOG
Occasionally guests may ask to bring along their dog. Santa Cruz is friendly to people and to dogs. You may be permitted to bring your dog if you agree to the rules established to maintain the quality of cleanliness for everyone seeking to enjoy this beach house.

RATES
Available year-round. Minimum stays may be required in peak season or holiday. Monthly rates available.

POLICIES
Signed Rental Agreement must be returned within one (1) day of booking or reservation is subject to cancellation. No parties or gatherings permitted. Fully-refundable security by check or credit card required. Occupancy is 1-6 people. Host to meet guests at house for check-in at 3PM or another time by prior arrangement (before 7PM) by written agreement only.
