On the main floor, you will find the kitchen with granite countertops, an eat-in counter with seating for 4 and a formal dining room with seating for six. This home has a fantastic kitchen that is ready for preparing dinner or you can head to downtown Breckenridge and one of its many amazing restaurants. In the summer, its a pleasant walk into town. The living room has a section couch with seating for 6 people as well as 1 leather chair. Sit with your family or group of friends in the living room, telling stories by the warmth of the gas fireplace. There is also a 42' flatscreen HDTV and DVD player and a two level back deck with access from the living room and dining room area. This home has a total of 4 regular bedrooms and 1 sleeper sofa bedroom. The master suite is found upstairs and has a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV with cable and DVD player as well as an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. There is a second bedroom upstairs with another king-sized bed. This bedroom has a flatscreen TV with cable and DVD player and shares a bath with the 3rd twin bedroom. This bath has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The twin bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds, a TV with VCR/DVD and cable and beautiful views! There are also board games and extra DVDs in the closet for the kids. Continuing downstairs, you will find the last 2 bedrooms. The 1st has a full-sized bed and ensuite bath with shut-off toilet and shower/tub combo. The last bedroom is across the hall. It has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, closet with storage and ensuite bath with shut-off toilet and shower/tub combo. Both of the bedrooms downstairs have a door within the room that opens to the lower-level back deck. There are a few special amenities in this townhome that are sure to be a pleasant surprise! Downstairs, you will find your very own private sauna in the home! Next to this, you will find laundry in the hallway closet. There are also 2 sets of boot dryers with enough space for 8 pairs of boots. Finally, this unit is SKI-IN/SKI-OUT! You will see skiers and snowboarders slide right past your townhome in the backyard! This Townhome shares access to the Tyra Summit clubhouse with indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and indoor pool.
