-New floor coverings (wood on the main level and new carpet throughout)

-Granite counters in the kitchen and Corian in the bathrooms.

-New stone and raised hearth at the fireplace with new mantle and cabinets.

-New custom designer furniture on the main level and master bedroom.

-Queen bed in the guest suite.

-Two bunks in the third guest bedroom.

-New stainless steel appliances.

-New Travertine tile in the master shower area.

-New chandeliers at the living room and dining room.

-New custom draperies on the main level and new wood blinds throughout.

-New wall art and cabinets in the living room.

-New paint throughout. The Village Point Townhomes are located on Broken Lance Drive, near the south end of town. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, and a five minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle bus stops at the entrance to Village Point.

The stay at this Condo was very nice. We had a wonderful trip. The only problem was the neighbors, which are permanent owners. They were constantly complaining about the cigarette smoke. We did not smoke in the unit, which was a requirement, but we did on the deck. They used abusive language and name calling. The problem we all see with this is that other guest that come and stay in the condo that do smoke, will experience the same problem with these owners. This could be a problem for the owners of the unit, people will not return to rent. Other than the problem stated above, the stay at the condo was really great, very clean and well furnished, comfortable and relaxing. Had a great time.
