Come and enjoy one of the largest and favorably located Ski-in Ski-out condos in Breckenridge. Skiwatch 432 is the largest unit in the building but it is an ideal place to stay no matter how many are in your group.

The unit is a large 3 bedroom 3 full bath two story (over 1,600 square feet) completely renovated condominium. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, heated slate floors and professionally decorated with all the right touches. Very clean and comfortable and a perfect home away from home.

This is a phenomenal location for any ski enthusiast or first-timer and at a price that is significantly less than other options located on Peak 7 and 8 such as One Ski Hill Place and Crystal Peak Lodge ---- yet with the same quality interior. Enjoy the comfort & convenience of being right on the slopes and having immediate access to a variety of trails -- novice, intermediate, advanced and expert. There are two high-speed quadchairs directly in front of Skiwatch, the Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Superchairs. Just put on your skis and head 100 yards down the hill to catch a ride. Peak 8 has over 1100 skiable acres out of the 2358 acres available in Breckenridge. Peak 7 has over 300 acres which can be accessed from Peak 8. Peaks 9 and 10 are connected by lifts with Peak 8. The Ski School and Kids' Castle are located at the base area below our building. Breckenridge lift tickets are interchangeable with Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, and other Vail Resort Ski Areas. The base area also has the Ski Hill Grill restaurant, T-Bar lounge and a ski shop. You can also access the BreckConnect gondola, which transports you to Peak 7 or directly into town, where you will find restaurants, shopping, breweries and the Breckenridge night life.

The building has attached, private, covered parking on two levels, so no need to worry about the elements when coming to or from your car. In the last two years, the building has undergone extensive interior and exterior renovations to update décor and improve appearance.

After a great day of skiing on our world class slopes, relax by the fire while you enjoy the beautiful views that our unit has to offer.

My parents started taking my four brothers and our sister on ski trips to Breckenridge from our small town in northeastern Kansas back in 1977. We fell in love with the place so much so that we returned every year. We have many fond memories of our time at Breck and can't believe it has been over 30 years since we first visited. We all currently reside in the Kansas City area and continue to spend time there in the winter but we make it a point to go back during the summer too. It's great to be able to take our kids to a place we enjoyed so much growing up.

The Best Place To Stay

If you are looking for a TRUE ski in/ski out, this is it. We have never found accommodations better than this. It is ideal for families or groups. Everyone can be on their own schedule. The condo is very comfortable and well maintained. We feel very lucky to have found this particular condo and that it is so well maintained by the family that owns it. We keep going back every year - there is no better place.

The location of this condo is outstanding, really making the trip for our families. Truly walk down two flights of stairs and out the back door, put on your skis and ski to the peak 8 Colorado Super Chair, Rocky Mountain Super Chair or cut across the slopes to the 5-chair or the Ski School. If you wanted a break from the slopes just ski to the back door, place your skis in the racks outside, walk in and take a break, no problem. The ski locker was just inside the back door so when you are done for the day store the gear and head to the condo. The locker held 8 sets of skis and poles easily. We had two families in the Skiwatch 432 condo (4 adults and 5 children) and comfortably rested and relaxed by the fire when we were not skiing. The condo is fully equipped to make breakfast, lunch and dinner for our group and has a refrigerator large enough to hold the food for nine people. The beds and couches were very comfortable and the space at the entry was great to store helmets, hang coats and room for shoes/boots. The kids loved the loft area and the two master rooms were large enough to spread out and relax in. Parking was very convenient and made it simple to come and go to town as needed. Overall just a great property, no issues at all. Robert was extremely responsive to all questions and very helpful in arranging the trip as it had been many years since I had been to Breckenridge. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future and will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Seriously Excellent location and condo. Hard to imagine a better location. Looks out over the base of Peak 8. Great views. Great deck. Great kitchen. Plenty of space. We were a group of 8 adults and had a wonderful time. Owner is very responsive and interested in us having a great time.

Wonderful ski in/ski out condo!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! We had 3 families total and the condo had more than enough room to sleep everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and had many extras. The location cannot be beat! We skied right out of the condo to the lifts and to drop the kids off at ski school. The ski locker at ground level was so convenient. The owner was extremely responsive. We ended up needing an extra car pass because of a car rental issue and he was able to help us immediately. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Breckenridge! Would highly recommend this condo.

Location, Location, Location!!!

I have wanted to stay in a SkiWatch Unit for years and the opportunity arose this Christmas. This unit certainly delivered on my expectations and more. I would highly recommend it solely on its location alone, but that would not be doing it justice as the interior and amenities are first class. The owner and on-site manager made themselves available at any time and the process was very smooth.

Good Times

What an awesome place to stay with kids! Everything we expected and more. It was perfect location, being able to put skis on right outside and ski down to lifts. The view was amazing. Once we arrived we never left the condo except to ski. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for 9 people. The bedrooms were spacious with each room having a tv which worked great for the kids to hang out and do their own thing. Very quiet. Would be more than willing to stay here again!

When we traveled from our hometown to Breckenridge, Skiwatch was the very first unit we ever stayed in. From that point on, we always returned and grew accustomed to the convenience of simply putting on our gear and skiing down to the lifts. When the unit was up for sale, we didn't hesitate a minute and it has remained in our family ever since. We started renting it shortly after we bought it so that other families could enjoy it as much as we had. We recently remodeled the entire unit, tearing it down to the studs. We made significant modifications and our desire was to update it in such a way as to provide a wow factor for anyone who stays here. Based on the feedback, and the fact that recent building renovations incorporated our design elements, we succeeded in our efforts. We added a full bath to the upstairs bedroom, created a more open concept kitchen/living area and expanded room for storage. It is spacious and comfortable. Breckenridge is a great area. It is unlike other ski resort destinations in that the town was here long before anyone took to the slopes. Gold was first discovered along the Blue River, which runs through town, in 1859. Breckenridge does contain more than 350 historic structures, making it the largest historic district in the state of Colorado. It is a great town to walk around in with plenty of shops and great restaurants to choose from. It has charm and character which always brings us back.

The property is located at the base of Peak 8 ski area in Breckenridge, Colorado. There are two restaurants within walking distance of the condo in case you want to forgo a trip into town. Sevens, located at the base of Peak 7 and The Living Room which is in One Ski Hill Place located below Skiwatch. If you prefer a night out, take the time to walk around on Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It's a very quaint town and has tremendous character.

There is no doubt that the greatest feature of this unit is the fact that you can grab breakfast, put on your ski outfits, put on you skis, and head down to the lift. It is so convenient that it's hard to beat. When you are tired or hungry, just ski in and take a rest. With the sun out and shining on the deck in the afternoon we have often found ourselves sitting outside to enjoy the weather.
