A Real HOME SWEET HOME

Very comfortable and pleasant house with a well-kept garden and beautiful trees and flowers. All inside is nicely decorated and clean. The location is well situated and the street is quiet but it is better to have a car because LA is really a big city and parking is not a problem. We can say that the listing photos really reflect the rental's appearance.
The owner has answered to all our questions before our arrival, all was as expected. We would recommend this location to a friend or a family member without any problem. LA is a wonderful destination where the master word is ENJOY ! Perhaps we will come back one day...

Wonderful House, Perfect Location

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Devan's property for a month. The house itself is warm and inviting, filled with period details and tasteful decorations. Even more ideal is the location, which is convenient to all of LA. The neighbourhood is quiet, charming and steps away from La Cienega park. I look forward to returning to this delightful house.

EXCELLENT AAA+, friendly,familiar, great location perfect hous

we staied inn this house for a couple of weeks this november and we have found everything excellent.The house the garden, the fornitures etc..the house is very clean and the garden havent a leaf outside his place. The owner is friendly and let us feel like at home with our family!we will back again for sure if there will be the chance!!!

Lovely Home!

This is a lovely home, beautifully furnished and so spacious! So many wonderful features to highlight but some of my favorites: the breakfast room, the little vanity/dressing room in the master suite, the natural sunlight that spills into each room, the wonderful windows that can be opened to let in the fresh air, extremely comfy beds, lots of fluffy towels, beautiful backyard and privacy hedge, charming neighborhood with sidewalks and the sound of a trickling fountain to lull you to sleep! Devan is a most gracious host and so easy to work with. He is attentive to every detail and ensures that his guests are comfortable and well taken care of. I can't wait for my next visit!
