Nearby are 100's of kilometers of groomed cross country trails. Updated golf course and restaurant for summer and fall with great fall foliage. World class moutain biking at Outdoor Center and adjacent Maine Huts and Trails bike network. Owner can provide intel on local/regional fishing opportunities.

About the Owner

We are avid downhill and x-country skiiers who know the mountain very well. We love the convenient location and warmth of this unit with numerous couches and new TV and gas fireplace. We also have a rental property on a lake near St. Johnsbury, VT so we have experience with the needs of renters. We have also rented many places ourselves and this has influenced our choice of amenities. We count on repeat business so try to keep our two rental properties as comfortable as possible for our guests.

Perfect mountainside condo at Sugarloaf

Over the last decade, our family of five has rented many condos, one home and a number of hotel rooms at Sugarloaf, our favorite place to ski. East mountain, west mountain, the Inn, the Hotel - you name it, we've tried it! The Commons complex is our unanimous favorite. Just south of the Sugarloaf Inn, the location is ski-in/ski-out and walking distance to everything else. The tri-level layout is ideal for families or groups where everyone can find their own space to relax apres ski. The middle level kitchen/dining/living area is a great spot to be together: eat, play games, watch TV, or read. Weather permitting, the deck is an ideal place to sit and take in the sun/sights with a cold beverage. This particular unit is as lovely as the photos: meticulously decorated, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The owners are warm and accommodating, communicating both before and after our visit to be sure all went well. We look forward to returning to Sue and Andy's place next winter!

Great unit

Had a very nice weekend here at the tail end of ski season. Great unit, great location, and great owners: very responsive and easy to work with. Only downside is, the unit's so comfortable, I couldn't get my kids out of bed in the morning!

Beautiful Condo Great Location

WE had a great vacation in this condo. The set-up was great for two families . It had two separate sleeping area which where ideal. Location was perfect with about a 30 second walk to the lift! Beautiful furniture and decor. Great mudroom and everything that you needed included.

This condo is so attractive and comfortable, skiing is Optional!

We had the best time just hanging out by the fire in the great room. It is close to the lift and of course the Loaf is a great mountain, but going back to this sunny, spacious, well appointed condo was a dream come true. Can't wait to stay here again. Bonus: Sue & Andy are wonderful hosts.

For the past 5 years we did seasonal rentals all over the mountain before deciding to purchase in the Commons. This is an ideal location next to Snubber mid-station and amenities like the health club and Shipyard Restaurant and brewhouse. We also loved the big, sunny windows looking up at the mountain and the layout with BR's and baths on first and third floors.

Prime location for ski in/skil out but also world class x-country skiing at Sugarloaf Outdoor System and groomed trails of Maine Huts and Trails network. Also, becoming a destination for mountain biking with miles of new trails for every ability. The new bike trail system is awesome - with amazing roads, trails, and adventures for all abilities.
