Perfect location, charming rental

This is one of the nicest condo rentals by owner we have stayed in. It is well-appointed with high quality furniture & appliances, comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom and the view of the surrounding hills of Santa Barbara are amazing! Our favorite place was the delightful patio where we ate all our meals and enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful California sunshine surrounded by a beautiful garden. The condo is within walking distance of State Street shops and restaurants, provides easy access to highways, and is in a lovely, safe area. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our questions - we highly recommend this condo for your next stay in Santa Barbara.

Beautiful Accommodations

We stayed two nights this past weekend because we were attending a wedding. David is very personable and available throughout our stay if we needed anything at all. The house was beautiful and exactly like in the pictures. The location was great; close to downtown. We didn't walk anywhere because we had a variety of places to go to, but one could definitely walk to State St. The house was equipped with everything you could need or would use at your own home, right down to the coffee maker and coffee. The beds were comfy and the towels and linens were fresh and crisp. We would definitely rent this again!

A Wonderful Stay

I visited Santa Barbara for my sister's wedding and stayed 4 nights. Because my girlfriend and my two kids were travelling with me, I needed to find a place with two bedrooms. Renting proved far more cost effective than a hotel. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, I got a living room, WiFi, cable, a kitchen and a private outdoor seating area in a lovely garden for less than the cost of 2 hotel rooms.

Dave, the owner, lives nearby and is extremely customer oriented. When I told him we would be arriving late (11:45 p.m.), Dave was there to greet us. I also found him to be readily available whenever I had any questions during my stay.

The rental unit was first rate. New hardwood floors, fresh linens and towels, and plenty of hotel style toiletries (i.e. shampoos, conditioners and soaps).

There is also free off street parking and a nice view of the Mountains from the outdoor patio table where I enjoyed my morning coffee.

If I am ever lucky enough to visit Santa Barbara in the future, I would definitely rent this place again.

Great find! Perfect location!

We just spent a week at this property. We wanted a place that we could easily walk to all that Santa Barbara has to offer and this was a perfect spot! The property is well maintained, nicely furnished, and very clean! We had a nice private patio that we spend on, enjoying the perfect weather. any questions we had were answered promptly. We spent a lot of our time walking to town, checking out restaurants and the usual tourist stuff. Had a blast in The Funk Zone. We came home good and tired every day and felt very much at home. The Trader Joes is about two miles away for groceries. We will definitely be back on our next visit to S.B.
