Our goal was to offer the comforts and amenities of the present without sacrificing the texture, color, and character of a traditional Mexican house. The first thing to know about it is the location. It is a mere half-block from the Malecón (promenade) and the cafés, shops, and restaurants that decorate its curve along the La Paz cove. There will be no need for a car when you wish to stroll on the beach or visit the many traditional Mexican seafood (and other) restaurants nearby. When you’re in the mood for home-cooked meals and home-prepared drinks, you’ll find the ingredients in the supermarkets or traditional seafood Mercados a couple of blocks westward.

The inexhaustible natural beauty of the Gulf of California begins after a two-minute walk from your door. You’ll find white sands and boat rides to the islands for scuba diving, snorkeling, and swimming with the playful sea lion cubs. And after a day of exploring, what better way to relax than to swim in the privacy of your pool, surrounded by vegetation in your own personal oasis? If you’ve had your share of water, however, there is also the third-floor terrace, from which you’ll see the sun disappearing under the Sea of Cortez in the tranquil, but spectacular La Paz sunsets.

The La Paz area also offers some of the best fishing for dorado, marlin, sea bass, and tuna to be found anywhere in the world.

La Paz, the capital of Baja California Sur, has been historically overlooked by developers as well as tourists, who rush to the Cabo San Lucas/San Jose corridor. In the last few years several major developments began construction and in the next year or two we will see more condominiums, new homes and golf courses in the area. Provided the efforts of us locals and the contribution of you, our visitors, La Paz will maintain its unique character as we grow. And so, we are proud of our efforts towards sustainability, and present you with recycling services, we use natural homemade cleaning products for our housekeeping service, and provide you with artisanal natural soap. My wife and I decided to take the kids on a vacation to La Paz. Not wanting to stay at a Hotel we rented a house ½ a block away from the Malecon so we could experience the local culture and have easy access to the different activities that La Paz offers. The house was excellent with plenty of room and the pool was a great plus. The only problem we had was a leaky toilet that was quickly taken care off. The manager Yolanda was great and attentive to our needs. The house is 3 stories high so we got plenty of exercise. The bathroom on the lower level could use some kind of cover for the window since it faces the pool. The area is quite and safe. We plan to go back and rent this house again.

•First payment will be paid by Guest upon acceptance of rental agreement and must include: 50% of the Rental Fee and 50% of security deposit.
•Second payment will be paid by Guest no less than thirty (30) days before the check- in date and must include the balance of Rental Fee, security deposit.

There is a final cleaning fee of $75.00 dollars
Monthly fees do not include utilities.
