This property is located in the heart of beautiful and sunny Santa Monica. Step out side and see the ocean glimmering.

This one bedroom bonus property has high ceilings and has no shared walls for peace and privacy.

The property comes with a kitchen with a gas range full sized fridge and built in microwave.

There is separate sitting area and dining area.

The sitting area is large and includes a sofa and a flat panel television. The tv has hulu and netflix. The apartment has hi speed wifi.

There are 2 queen size beds and an entire closet for guests.

The spacious bathroom has a tub for those who wish to soak.

Basic provisions of bread, butter, jam and, eggs will be provided for most stays - please inquire for more information.

The safe and gorgeous neighborhood is great for walking and exploring, but for those who have a car you may use the resident parking pass to park within a 2 block area. There is also a city garage 2 blocks away.

This property does not have a pool. patio or or outdoor grill. The ocean is quick walk and the strands grassy lawn is a 1 minute walk.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit.
Often repeated below the location is fantastic. The unit is a few blocks away from the 3rd St Promenade and a block from the bluffs, it takes about 10/15 minutes to walk down to the beach due to Santa Monica's unique geography. Parking is hit or miss, there were times I found a spot right away, and other times it took about 10 minutes of driving to find one. However, the area is so scenic I didn't mind cruising and walking.
The unit itself is basic, there were two beds and two air mattresses. Basic kitchen and eating area, there was a HD TV with a blu-ray player.
For suggestions, an HD antenna would be beneficial for local channels, also, some updated window treatments.
We didn't find the unit to be too noisy, then again we live in a major city so we could be accustomed to the noise. We didn't find any major noise issues with the refrigerator. There was more than enough towels, plates, glassware, and soap(dish, hand, and laundry).
Overall, the unit met all our needs and we would definitely stay there again if we visited LA/Santa Monica.

Great location - basement and very dark

We arrived early and the owner agreed to check us in early (with a $40 payment); that was great! The apartment is spacious but seemed somewhat like a storage room. Objects of different kinds lying around. The apartment is dark because it is in the basement of a building. The eating area was not good. It felt like eating in a bedroom. The kitchen was not fully equiped and the fridge really made a lot of noise. The location however was great! A lot of places to eat. We did not rent a car and managed very well without it. Santa Monica what a great place but we will not return for the apartment.

Great location but.........

The only thing this property has going for it is location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The place is a garden apartment. Very dark and dingy. There was only one regular glass, 3 coffee cups and five wine glasses. The food that was there appeared to be left overs from previous people. There are three large closet with"junk" in all three. The closet in the bedroom had a broken couch in it and was not usable.

Great location !! It is right next to the beach and a short walk to the pier. Excellent place to stay and very spacious as it was just the two if us. The only thing to note is that it is a basement apartment on the side of the apartment building. It was loud at times in the morning with sounds from the the steet and when trash was collected.We had a car and had no trouble parking on the street. Overall clean, great location, and great price .

We really enjoyed our visit to Santa Monica. The location of this property is fantastic; it is 3 blocks from 3rd street promenade, walking distance to the pier and the beach. The apartment itself is large and spacious. Erica was always quick to respond to emails and very easy to contact.

Location was Incredible!

Super spacious. Walking distance to everything. Loved it and our stay. Can't get closer to the beach! My kids and I had the best time! We also have several homes including a condo we let in LA but there was a conflict and we needed a place to stay. Incredible deal.
