This newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath private home with large garden in rear and beautiful views of the Santa Barbara Riviera is perfect for a family of three or four. Our master Bedroom has Queen bed and a large HD TV; The second Bedroom has a double bed for two additional guests. Breakfast/Dining room is complete with French doors overlooking the private garden and the living room comes equipped with new HDTV Cable TV with movie channels and Wi-Fi throughout the home. We make cooking a breeze with our fully equipped brand new gourmet kitchen! Our gorgeous backyard garden has a lounge area complete with outdoor dining furniture and new gas grill. Casa Santa Barbara awaits to give you the ultimate Santa Barbara experience!

One block from the center of State Street, our home is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops that make Santa Barbara so great! We recommend renting a bike, hopping on a bus, or walking to the famous beach and pier. With stunning views and all the amenities you will need you will feel like a local and we can guarantee that you won’t want to leave.

Perfect! Romantic, Spacious, Comfortable, and Clean!

This place was perfect! It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We walked almost everywhere for dinner, drinks, and the trolley. We travelled with another couple (no kids). We will definitely be returning and will likely bring our kids next time.

Excellent Updated House Central to EVERYTHING

This was a fantastic property that was within walking distance to just about everything. Downtown is a few blocks away and the beach isn't super far either. Never had to use our car while staying here. The home is very well maintained, recently updated, and fully stocked with towels, sheets, pillows, coffee maker (including a grinder), etc.

I was moderately concerned when I pulled up to the property because it's one of two houses that haven't been converted to apartment complexes on that side of the street, and the house right next door is abandoned. That said, once you realize what house it is and step inside you'll immediately be very pleased with your decision.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay near downtown in SB.

Great Location & Cute Home

The location of this home is great! We were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted to go.. Up and down State Street for shopping, dinner, drinks. We even walked down to Stern's Wharf one night from the home. It was perfect for our stay. Beautiful hardwood floors, updated appliances, and everything was very clean. I will say that the front bedroom does get a lot of noise in the morning from the road.
The backyard is great. I spent every morning out there enjoying my coffee and looking for fresh avocados from the giant tree that is in the back (my favorite feature).
The customer service was great - very responsive and helpful every step of the way. The garage is a little tight as was mentioned, but we had 1 small car that was able to fit easily. The other car was easily accommodated across the street using the permit parking.
I would definitely recommend this property for people traveling out to enjoy Santa Barbara and I would love to stay here again.

Great little downtown bungalow

We had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Street house. The location was fantastic - walkable to everything downtown SB has to offer. The backyard was one of our favorite parts of the house - very private and had the coolest happiest avocado tree we've ever seen. We spent every morning out there enjoying our coffee and most evenings out there grilling dinner. The parking permit was also a nice touch.

The only negatives were that the kitchen was not very well stocked for people who like to cook at home (no cutting board, colander, etc) and Garden Street is a very busy street in the morning and evening so you hear a lot of road noise, especially in the front bedroom.

All in all it was a fantastic home away from home for the week.

Great little house in convenient location

The house is fully remodeled with all new appliances and fixtures. It is perfect for us and our toddler. The yard is fully fenced in and the outdoor patio is great. The location is very convenient, the only thing is the neighborhood feels like there is a mix of nicer and nor so nice places (the house next door seems abandoned).

This Santa Barbara bungalow is a perfect fit for a family or group of 3 or 4. Ideally located, walking distance to State Street and beautiful parks. 3 min drive to the beach and the zoo. The house is beautifully updated. Hardwood floors, spacious tiled bathroom & lovely modern kitchen that is stocked with everything you would need to cook. Flat screen TVs, beautiful bed linens. Fully stocked Laundry room is a bonus! There's a darling backyard, perfect for a BBQ or enjoying a glass of wine. A great size for small children to play in while parents watch from the living room. Quiet nieghborhood. This home is a perfect Santa Barbara getaway. We will be booking it again.
