This newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath private home with large garden in rear and beautiful views of the Santa Barbara Riviera is perfect for a family of three or four. Our master Bedroom has Queen bed and a large HD TV; The second Bedroom has a double bed for two additional guests. Breakfast/Dining room is complete with French doors overlooking the private garden and the living room comes equipped with new HDTV Cable TV with movie channels and Wi-Fi throughout the home. We make cooking a breeze with our fully equipped brand new gourmet kitchen! Our gorgeous backyard garden has a lounge area complete with outdoor dining furniture and new gas grill. Casa Santa Barbara awaits to give you the ultimate Santa Barbara experience!

One block from the center of State Street, our home is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops that make Santa Barbara so great! We recommend renting a bike, hopping on a bus, or walking to the famous beach and pier. With stunning views and all the amenities you will need you will feel like a local and we can guarantee that you won’t want to leave.

Great little house in convenient location

The house is fully remodeled with all new appliances and fixtures. It is perfect for us and our toddler. The yard is fully fenced in and the outdoor patio is great. The location is very convenient, the only thing is the neighborhood feels like there is a mix of nicer and nor so nice places (the house next door seems abandoned).

This Santa Barbara bungalow is a perfect fit for a family or group of 3 or 4. Ideally located, walking distance to State Street and beautiful parks. 3 min drive to the beach and the zoo. The house is beautifully updated. Hardwood floors, spacious tiled bathroom & lovely modern kitchen that is stocked with everything you would need to cook. Flat screen TVs, beautiful bed linens. Fully stocked Laundry room is a bonus! There's a darling backyard, perfect for a BBQ or enjoying a glass of wine. A great size for small children to play in while parents watch from the living room. Quiet nieghborhood. This home is a perfect Santa Barbara getaway. We will be booking it again.

Perfect for a girls weekend! The property is clean and updated and was perfect for two gals just wanting to hang out in Santa Barbara. Close to State Street to restaurants and shops so we walked everywhere, including the Funk Zone.<br/><br/>The only downside is the property next door. Needs to be torn down, not a pleasant sight and you wonder if there are any squatters hanging out. <br/><br/>Otherwise, Had a great time and would definitely stay again.<br/><br/>Erika was also great and available when the need arose! Thanks for a fun weekend!

Beautiful property with well appointed interior and spacious patio. The house has a well-equipped cook's kitchen where we prepared numerous meals. There is also a Weber gas grill in the backyard that we used for a couple of dinners. The living spaces are cozy and comfortable. The house does not have an AC - but given the mild SB climate it was easy to keep the house cool by opening the windows overnight. The location is very convenient. Street parking is available across from the property and State St is a 5-10 min walk away. It's a 20-30 min walk to the beach and there is a fantastic coffee shop (Handlebar) two blocks from the house. The property is also very well managed by the turnkey staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Lovely vacation spot

A very nice spot three blocks away from State Street. Five stars for the property management team, who were very proactive and accessible, and five stars for the quality of the property itself (updated, pleasant looking).

The only things that gave me pause (not bad, per se, but just so people are aware): 1) Garden Street is a pretty highly traveled road and the noise is pretty constant, especially during rush hour. 2) As previously noted, the house next door is basically a property that should be condemned and is a big eye-sore. 3) It was warm and plenty of fans were provided, but without air conditioning (maybe it was user error but I couldn't get it to work) you need all the windows open all day and all night, which means the street noise is even more noticeable and unavoidable.

But a lovely spot for a vacation all-in-all. Hope you enjoy!

This was a great place to stay. It was newly furnished including the kitchen appliances. We also enjoyed the cute backyard. It was only a couple of walking blocks to downtown Santa Barbara. A parking pass was included which allowed us to park right next to the house day and night.
