Our gorgeous, high end one bedroom condo has everything you need for the perfect Santa Barbara get away! Our condo is part of a luxurious five-unit development that was recognized as 2009 Project of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders at the Pacific Coast Builder Conference, received Honorable Mention at the 2009 Architectural record design awards, and several other. We have impeccably furnished our condo to match the architecture, with high end finishes and modern décor. Upon entering the condo you will be welcomed by warm colors and an abundance of natural light. Our master bedroom is located on the first floor in its own private suite. The master bedroom comes complete with a deluxe king bed, plush pillows, and private bathroom. The master bedroom also has direct access to a private porch area, which we enjoy having our morning coffee out on the Adirondack chairs or even grilling some of our farmers market specialty meats in the evening! When you venture up our stairs to the main living area you will be amazed by the open and spacious feel! The kitchen flows into the dining and living room. It is the perfect space for entertaining or for a romantic, quiet evening. The living room comes complete with a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and private balcony. All of these wonderful features combined with the amazing location make this the perfect spot for your Santa Barbara getaway.

We are located in a charming neighborhood just a few blocks from Stearns Wharf and West Beach. Stearns Wharf is California’s oldest working wharf and is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching local fishing boats. You can touch marine life in at the Ty Warner Sea Center which is a family friendly museum and aquarium; it is also right next to great food, fishing and other pier attractions. While you are in the area don’t miss an opportunity to play volleyball or rollerblade around West Beach. This is also where the Ka Nai'a Outrigger Club holds their Sunday lessons and where many kayaks, windsurfers, and sailboats set out. Our condo is also a few blocks away from State Street which gives direct access to Downtown's Historic Arts District in the Heart of Santa Barbara. Enjoy fine dining, unique shops and a variety of cultural venues including galleries, performing arts, historic sites and museums.

Convenient, Comfortable, Quiet

Location - ideal. Close to the action, yet far enough away. Condo was pristine. Built well, stocked well, nice amenities overall. Garage connected to living space was very convenient. Only issue was the water pressure being somewhat iffy, and a suggestion would be to have better window coverings in the bedroom. Would recommend and return. Very good customer service via Turnkey.

The home was exactly as it was pictured. It was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked and had up to date appliances. Loved it. The decor is contemporary but extremely comfortable and cozy. It was close to everything, we walked to beach and down town. Turnkey had great customer service. Answered all of my questions. They were professional and efficient. Would definitely rent this home again.

It has a great location (near the beach and State Street), all the amenities you could need, clean modern decor, lots of space, comfortable bed, full kitchen and even a garage for your car. Access to the condo was very easy, and all the communication and service regarding my stay was clear and concise. I highly recommend this rental property!

beautiful property, excellent location

beautifully remodeled property, everything was so fresh and new. gorgeous attention to detail in all the finishes. it was nice to have some privacy downstairs, because we brought our nanny with us (we have an 11 month old), who stayed upstairs. i didn't realize there was no bath tub when i booked it, so that was hard with the baby... but would be a non-issue if you didn't have a baby. the bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were all very luxurious. the garage is very small, difficult to get into with our SUV, so we parked on the street most of the time - but be careful of which side you park on, we got a parking ticket because we didn't realize that one side of the street was for residents only on the weekends (slapped w/ $48 fine!). we love this neighborhood, so easy to walk to downtown, the beach, lots of restaurants, etc. i would definitely stay here again!

I was a bit skeptical when my wife and I decided to rent this home for the weekend. Vacation rentals are one of those things that you never really know what your're going to get until you show up because pictures sometimes lie. This was not the case with this home. The property manager sent us an email before we arrived explaining everything from the entry code to how to run the washer machine. The home was immaculate...and that it not an exaggeration at all! My wife and I are neat freaks and this place was left for us the same way that we keep our home.<br/><br/>The house was a short walk to anything in Santa Barbra, but far enough away that it was still quite so you could sleep with the windows open.<br/><br/>I would recommend this place over any other rental or hotel in Santa Barbra. My wife and I will be back for sure! Be sure to check out The Brewhouse is you stay here. It's only a block away and they have some great beers & food...the brunch is fantastic!
