Our gorgeous, high-end 1BR/1.5BA condo has everything you need for the perfect Santa Barbara getaway! Our condo is part of a luxurious five-unit development that was recognized as ‘2009 Project of the Year’ by the National Association of Home Builders at the Pacific Coast Builder Conference and received Honorable Mention at the 2009 Architectural record design awards, and several others. We have impeccably furnished our condo to match the architecture, with high-end finishes and modern décor. Upon entering the condo you will be welcomed by warm colors and an abundance of natural light. Our master bedroom is located on the first floor in its own private suite. The master bedroom comes complete with a deluxe king bed, plush pillows, and private bathroom. The master bedroom also has direct access to a private porch area, which we enjoy having our morning coffee out on the Adirondack chairs or even grilling some of our farmers market specialty meats in the evening! When you venture up our stairs to the main living area you will be amazed by the open and spacious feel! The kitchen flows into the dining and living room. It is the perfect space for entertaining or for a romantic, quiet evening. The living room comes complete with a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and private balcony. All of these wonderful features combined with the amazing location make this the perfect spot for your Santa Barbara getaway.

We are located in a charming neighborhood just a few blocks from Stearns Wharf and West Beach. Stearns Wharf is California’s oldest working wharf and is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching local fishing boats. You can take marine life in at the Ty Warner Sea Center, which is a family friendly museum and aquarium; it is also right next to great food, fishing and other pier attractions. While you are in the area don’t miss an opportunity to play volleyball or rollerblade around West Beach. This is also where the Ka Nai'a Outrigger Club holds their Sunday lessons and where many kayaks, windsurfers, and sailboats set out. Our condo is also only a few blocks away from State Street which gives direct access to Downtown's Historic Arts District in the Heart of Santa Barbara. Enjoy fine dining, unique shops and a variety of cultural venues including galleries, performing arts, historic sites and museums.

Quiet, modern condo convenient to beach, harbor, restaurants and shopping

We felt right at home when we first entered this modern Santa Barbara condo. There was even a welcome basket of goodies when we first arrived. The large rooms with high ceilings, wide balcony and private outdoor patio with gas grille give it a spacious and homey feel.
The Property Manager was extremely helpful and the phone app they had us download provided all of the information that we needed to know about our stay including garage and door access codes.
The property was spotless and well maintained and the modern kitchen was stocked with all of the basics we needed. We were only 4 blocks to the Funk Zone for art, wine and restaurants and 3 blocks to the Warf and Yacht Harbor. It was great to be able to walk to the yacht harbor and buy fresh fish and accompany it with fresh vegetable from the local Farmers Market. We enjoyed evening walks around the quiet neighborhood and walking to State Street for the best shopping and many fine restaurants. Visiting wineries in Santa Inez and Solvang were easy day trips.
This is a beautiful home and a great location for anyone wanting to see Santa Barbara and enjoy its beauty and culture. We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely property with everything we needed. Great sense of privacy & luxury but close to everything. Turnkey exceeded my expectations. I have rented vacation properties in many countries and here in the US and this was my best experience ever. Convenient, Comfortable, Quiet

Location - ideal. Close to the action, yet far enough away. Condo was pristine. Built well, stocked well, nice amenities overall. Garage connected to living space was very convenient. Only issue was the water pressure being somewhat iffy, and a suggestion would be to have better window coverings in the bedroom. Would recommend and return. Very good customer service via Turnkey.

The home was exactly as it was pictured. It was very clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked and had up to date appliances. Loved it. The decor is contemporary but extremely comfortable and cozy. It was close to everything, we walked to beach and down town. Turnkey had great customer service. Answered all of my questions. They were professional and efficient. Would definitely rent this home again.

It has a great location (near the beach and State Street), all the amenities you could need, clean modern decor, lots of space, comfortable bed, full kitchen and even a garage for your car.
