Our gorgeous, high end one bedroom condo has everything you need for the perfect Santa Barbara get away! Our condo is part of a luxurious five-unit development that was recognized as 2009 Project of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders at the Pacific Coast Builder Conference, received Honorable Mention at the 2009 Architectural record design awards, and several other. We have impeccably furnished our condo to match the architecture, with high end finishes and modern décor. Upon entering the condo you will be welcomed by warm colors and an abundance of natural light. Our master bedroom is located on the first floor in its own private suite. The master bedroom comes complete with a deluxe king bed, plush pillows, and private bathroom. The master bedroom also has direct access to a private porch area, which we enjoy having our morning coffee out on the Adirondack chairs or even grilling some of our farmers market specialty meats in the evening! When you venture up our stairs to the main living area you will be amazed by the open and spacious feel! The kitchen flows into the dining and living room. It is the perfect space for entertaining or for a romantic, quiet evening. The living room comes complete with a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and private balcony. All of these wonderful features combined with the amazing location make this the perfect spot for your Santa Barbara getaway.

We are located in a charming neighborhood just a few blocks from Stearns Wharf and West Beach. Stearns Wharf is California’s oldest working wharf and is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching local fishing boats. You can touch marine life in at the Ty Warner Sea Center which is a family friendly museum and aquarium; it is also right next to great food, fishing and other pier attractions. While you are in the area don’t miss an opportunity to play volleyball or rollerblade around West Beach. This is also where the Ka Nai'a Outrigger Club holds their Sunday lessons and where many kayaks, windsurfers, and sailboats set out. Our condo is also a few blocks away from State Street which gives direct access to Downtown's Historic Arts District in the Heart of Santa Barbara. Enjoy fine dining, unique shops and a variety of cultural venues including galleries, performing arts, historic sites and museums.

You just can't beat this location - only a few blocks to the beach and an easy walk to State St shopping district. The property was in excellent condition and well stocked; it looked just as it did online. We felt as though we hit a home-run in our selection. Note: We are used to A/C so thought the bedroom on the lower level of the unit was a little too warm - we didn't want to sleep with the first floor doors wide open to get air. Not sure what they could do about this and apparently A/C is pretty rare to find in Santa Barbara...

Perfect Getaway!

This condo is close to everything and just a couple blocks from the beach. It was pristinely kept and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, pots and plates a definite plus. The pull out bed was easy to work. This is the second time I choose a home rental in Santa Barbara and definitely beats all 4 star priced hotels in the area.

We loved our stay. Everything was top notch. We especially love the location as everything is within easy beautiful walking distance. Walked the beach both days we were there. Took the trolley up state street. Ate dinner at Bropheys one nite, cooked dinner one nite in the fully equipped kitchen. Had a wonderful stay all the way around. Special note - I had accidentally left my silver necklace/earrings -mgt was very efficient about making arrangements to return said items. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and especially for your immediate attention to the return of my jewelry. We will definitely return!
