This home has been completely remodeled and features a brand new, fully outfitted, gourmet kitchen, open living with lots of water view windows upstairs and downstairs.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed, the other with a twin over full bunk bed for the kids. The master bedroom is downstairs with its own bath and luxurious king size bed. The upstairs features a large double sink bathroom with a combination tub/shower. For additional sleeping space, the couch in the living room folds out to a queen size bed and can sleep two more guests.

A beautiful rock gas fireplace makes for a cozy living room. The huge 60 inch HDTV mounted above the fireplace will provide lots of entertainment for all with a charter cable package and a small collection of DVD videos. The home is also set up with free wi-fi for the guests. Two sliding glass doors provide gorgeous water and mountain views and lead into a good size back yard perfect for entertaining and summertime fun. The patio is set up with a table, chairs and a gas BBQ. A gate leads to the private boat dock, so bring your boat or jet skis. The home also supplies a pedal boat for guests to enjoy the calm lagoons in the Tahoe Keys neighborhoods.

Located in the Tahoe Keys, you will enjoy close access to both indoor and outdoor pools, play area for the kids and tennis courts. Bike rentals, biking and hiking trails are located within a short 5 to 10 minute drive.

Home Away From Home!

After a disaster road trip with our car we finally made it up to this beautiful house which truly became our home away from home. This was everything we could have wanted in a vacation home! Everything we needed was stocked,in the kitchen for cooking and plenty of space to do it together. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for the seven of us and perfect for our family. We really appreciated the DVDs and games which we made a nightly event. Backyard was ideal for early morning coffee and after the lake cocktails. Would have been nice if the bushes were cut back to see the waterways but the dock was well maintained even in with the low water level and the view was beautiful. The neighbors to the left were also exceptionally nice and made us feel welcome. Kids really enjoyed access to the indoor pool and clubhouse. Wifi worked perfect when we needed it. Loved that it was close enough to the woods for us to take nature walks and yet only a few minutes to everything in town. Helga was very helpful and kind, even reaching out to us after our trip. We are definitely coming back!

Great House!! Perfect for our family. Helga was very helpful, accommodating and thorough. Love the backyard access to boat dock. Very clean, well stocked with cooking appliances and dishes and bed linens. Only thing I would add are kitchen towels...only saw one. Also would clear out backyard overgrowth as it blocked some of the view of the water. But other than that it was a great location!! Thanks for sharing your VRBO with my family.

This property popped up on the market when we already had another property in the works, but we couldn't resist because of the wonderful location! It has gorgeous views and is located on a deep water channel with easy access to the lake.
