Our beautiful and comfortable 1100 square foot, 3 bedroom flat is in a circa1909, 2 unit Edwardian house in San Francisco’s historic and exciting Mission District.

This is an amazing neighborhood! There are so many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. The neighborhood is known for its murals, taquerias and more recently its award winning restaurants, cafes and shopping. The Mission's geographical location insulates it from the fog and wind from the west and is usually warmer and sunnier than other parts of San Francisco.

All rooms have high ceilings, period details and lighting, and beautiful hardwood floors.

Bedrooms have one queen bed, one full bed and one twin bed. All beds have cotton linens and duvets and are very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows for your comfort.

The traditional split bath makes bathroom use much more convenient. The bath has a traditional pedestal sink and an old-fashioned claw foot tub with rain head shower and a beautiful tile floor.

The light filled eat-in kitchen is beautifully equipped with high end Kitchenaid appliances: gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water dispenser, toaster, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, blender, pots and pans, baking equipment and beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with spices, condiments, coffee and tea.

The comfortable living room has lots of seating, a flat screen smart TV and cable programing. DVD player with DVD library. WIFI throughout flat.

Large capacity front loading Samsung washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. We have an ironing board and iron available for your use. There is a dry cleaners located just down the street.

We’re conveniently located less than 20 minutes from San Francisco International Airport (SFO.) Access to highways 101 and 280 is very convenient and close by.

The #33 and #9 MUNI buses stop within one block, with convenient routes to Golden Gate Park and downtown. There is a BART station less than one mile away for trains connecting to other parts of San Francisco and the east and south bay areas.

San Francisco is a transit friendly city. We will provide MUNI maps and information about how to navigate the area using public transit.

Unfortunately, street parking is scarce and there is a strictly enforced 1 hour parking limit on our block between the hours of 8:00am-9:00pm Monday through Friday. There are also street cleaning restrictions on each street, watch the signs for days/times. There is free parking on blocks near our property and there is a garage 3 blocks away at San Francisco General Hospital for a fee of $12/day. We recommend using public transportation while in San Francisco and renting a car for trips out of the city. Parking tickets range from $70 to more than $300. If you get towed expect to pay more than $500 to retrieve your car.

2nd floor flat. Unfortunately no garden or garage access.

Our downstairs neighbors own a wonderful bicycle touring and rental company and would love to give you information about their services and bikes.

We live locally and will be available to welcome you and solve any problems you might encounter during your stay.

There is no smoking in the apartment, on the stoop or on the back porch. If you smoke on the sidewalk please dispose of your butts and matches.

No parties please. You will be sharing a 2 unit building in a very dense neighborhood. The houses to either side literally share walls. No loud nighttime activities, no drama please. Complaints from our neighbors may result in early termination of your stay. Thanks for your understanding.

San Francisco architecture is unique. This building was built in 1909 and may have replaced a building destroyed or damaged in the 1906 earthquake. It is in the Edwardian style and has nice high ceilings and period details.
