Very affordable place that has the bare minimum.

I chose this place because it was closest to my brothers place where we would be spending most of our time. I stayed here with my mother, sister and fiance and was thankful I arrived a day early.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the apartment was the smell. It smelled stale, as if the previous renters had been smokers. Or maybe the smell extended from the neighbors apartment which had that permanent hippy lettuce smell. Either way this apartment is advertised as non-smoking and that is definitely not true.

The next thing I noticed was the dirt on the floors. I took off my shoes and was immediately grossed out to feel dirt and hairs everywhere. I called the rental company to notify them and they quickly took care of the dirty floors which I really appreciated.

The bedding on the king bed was minimal, it definitely wasn't as advertised. I give this place an average rating because it was nothing special. Once it was cleaned it felt a little more comfortable but truly the smell is what got to my sensitive nose the most. The place is above a bar that doesn't close down until 3AM and the heater constantly makes a loud clanging about every 3-5 hours. If you are only looking to spend a few hours in a place to rest your head this might work for you.

I don't think I'll be looking to stay here again.
