About the Owner

I am the original owner and builder of this townhome complex which was completed in 2007. I am a local general contractor and real estate broker owning several businesses in Central Florida besides this town home complex. I commit to you that this home will be clean, modern, nicely furnished and fully operational upon your arrival. I originally constructed this complex to sell which is why I finished the homes so nicely with so many custom finishes. I decided to keep the homes when the market turned down in 2007 when I completed them. I personally lived in this home before I turned it out for vacation rentals.

This property is not immediately in the theme park district. I consider that a complete advantage and a very positive reason that people should consider it. This home is close to everything including the theme parks, convention center, beautiful Winter Park, the downtown club/restaurant scene (very cool - really thumps at night if you like that sort of thing). Also, this home is within an hour of everything in Daytona and the cruise line port at Canaveral, the space center, the beaches at Cocoa. This home has excellent cable service, wireless internet, excellent, modern and new appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, new wall mounted TV's in each room, and is just like it was when I lived in it. I demand good linens and towels when I travel and I am comfortable that you will be happy with those in this home.
