Luxury villa for 8/12 persons with large pool (12.5x5.5m) with islet, heated Jacuzzi in the indoor and intimate patio, gazebo with sport equipment and relaxation, flat screen TV 52', home theatre, satellite TV, telephone, broadband with long range Wi-Fi, fax, panoramic views over the sea and the Marie Galante and Saintes Islands, with direct access to a small beach 80m away (by the Hotel Toubana) and next to the Caravelle beach (Club Med). The Yin Yang villa was entirely modified and renovated in 2008 in a modern, minimalist and sleek style, inspired by the luxury villas of St-Barth and its luxurious yachts: wide openings, natural ventilation, deck conceived as a ship's deck, many noble materials, glass, stainless steel, deck in red Ipe wood and floor in Courbaril. Design kitchen with central island. Varied and complete indoor and outdoor lightening. Flat 2200 sq.m property maintained and planted with trees, overlooking the sea, which is 30m lower.

Fantastisk villa!!

En fantastisk villa med ett utmärkt läge på Grande Terre. Nära till många fina stränder. Bil är en nödvändighet. Snyggt och fräscht, med en underbar uteplats vid poolen. Ägaren väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Kan varmt rekommendera detta fantastiska boende.

Maison en parfait état et très propre. Le cadre est idyllique. La villa est très confortable. On ne manque de rien. Maison a conseiller à la location. Le propriétaire fait tout pour rendre agréable le séjour. Nous y reviendrons.

villa adaptée pour plusieurs couples avec enfants

les suites aux surfaces généreuses permettent de préserver l'intimité de chacun la distribution des suites se fait autour du lieu de vie commun (salon cuisine ) L'implantation de la piscine façe au lieu de vie commun facilite la surveillance des enfants :c'est un atout incontestable . La plage aménagée de la TOUBANA se situant à une centaine de métres permet a chacun de s'évader.
