Lovely vacation home mins from Troon's Golf Course of Estrella, hiking trails and community basketball, tennis & pickle ball courts. 3 bdrm, 2 bath, complete with all the comforts of home. Large backyard with view fencing, patio dining area, gas grill as well as a cozy gas fire pit. Kitchen and baths have granite counters, and the kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and all your cooking & dining needs. Wireless internet and 2 Roku smart TVs and a large array of DVDs, books and board games for your enjoyment. Pets are considered, with approval and per pet fee (fee may be negotiable for shorter stays). Note that access to community pools and exercise facilities is not guaranteed.

Our stay was excellent! The house is lovely with all necessities. We loved that it backed on to the walking trail and the backyard fire pit made for some great relaxing evenings. The host was excellent.

Vacation Getaway
This is our second time staying here and we will come back again, as this rental has everything we need. From booking to checking in and out, Liz is very helpful and accommodating. The residence is in a quiet area with lots of amenities. Also the house is clean and has everything we need. Thanks again Liz!

Home away from home
This was our second month long stay at the property, and we’ve already booked our next visit. We absolutely love this property. The location is perfect for the activities we enjoy. Walk out the front door and in minutes you are exploring the trails of the Estrella mountains. There are bikes in the garage to use to explore the area as well. The house is exceptionally clean and is equipped with everything you need and more. We truly feel like we are at home on our vacation. The owner is great and always available if you have any questions or concerns. Liz goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and worry free. The property is pet friendly which allows us to bring our dog on our vacation as well. We are already counting down the days until our next visit. Thanks again for everything Liz. Sid N

Beyond Exceptional
We stayed at Liz’s house for the month of March. It was exactly as pictured and described. We are happy to now be included in the long list of exceptional reviews Liz receives. The house and yard were beautiful, well equipped, and very clean and comfortable. Every one of our needs was met during our month long stay. The Estrella community provided two beautiful clubs and dining experiences. We enjoyed walking and biking on the trails. Liz was a wonderful host. She responded in minutes to any questions or concerns we had. She anticipates the needs of her guests and provides everything to meet those needs. We hope to be able to stay here in the future. In 2006 my ex-husband Mike & I bought a vacation home in Estrella and then in 2014 we bought this rental property which is less than 2 miles away from us. We were snowbirds from Chicago and fell in love with the area and the Golf Club of Estrella, a Troon course. We had been living here 6 months out of the year and now I live here full time in the Phoenix area. I love Arizona, and especially Estrella, and hope you will too.

Why they chose this property

This vacation home is cozy and equipped with everything you should need to make yourself right at home. Relax & dine in the large private backyard, enjoying the beautiful Arizona sunsets and the gas fire pit. Numerous hiking trails are moments away, as is the world class Troon golf course, Golf Club of Estrella. Spring training facilities are 10 mins away and the Cardinals football and Coyotes hockey is 30 mins away. Also, PIR (Phoenix International Raceway) is just 15 mins away, where NASCAR is held. Wildlife World Zoo is a 20 min drive.
