This cottage is in a private Lake Michigan association (Cobmoosa Shores). It is in a wooded area about 1/4 mile from the large private Lake Michigan beach you can use. It has a northwoods theme and is great for a secluded and rustic get-away for a few days (3 night minimum) or week. Large deck with BBQ grill and table for entertaining.
World famous Silver Lake Sand dunes only 7 miles away. Off season rates in a quiet setting.

Please note: the overnite guest limit is 5 as cottage is relatively small. Pets are allowed for a small extra fee (sorry no aggressive breeds).

Apache has two bedrooms. Upper bedroom with cozy Queen bed has fabulous Lake Michigan view! Downstairs bedroom has twin beds. Futon and cot available in great room. Far from city so great. Clear skys let you see the Milky way at night, far from city lights.
Area looks like a "Swiss Chalet" village in winter. Quiet and secluded.

Silver Lake dunes 7 miles away (summer/fall hiking and dune buggies).

The world famous Silver Lake dunes are only 7 miles away. Private 1/2 mile association beach is a few minutes walk from cottage.
The small, undiscovered town of Stony Lake, nestled under a dune by Lake Michigan is 1 milr away and offers a great restaurant (Stony Lake Inn), quiet cafe, park and beach and fishing on Stony Lake. Also, great ice cream cones!
Golfing at Benona Shores Golf Course is available a couple miles away.
Horseback riding, charter fishing for salmon and dune buggy
rides in area. Arts shows at Pentwater and other nearby towns.
Plenty of locally grown fruit and vegetables available at farm stands in this rural area.
