About the Owner

I'm a Jane-of-All-Trades and this condo is the first place I bought on my own after securing my first professional job in the Valley in '98. I love exotic animals, racing motorcycles, seeking out victims or helpless people who need some legal or moral support and am always striving to learn new skills and experience new things. Oh, and a total practical jokester and absolutely love to laugh and make everyone who crosses my path smile and/or laugh.

The minute you get the keys from me, you will understand why this place is so special to me and will be wanting to reserve it a year in advance as all of my tenants did until I had the nerve to occupy it for the last 3 years. It can't be in a better location in the Valley and in the neighborhood. It has vaulted ceilings throughout which make the condo incredibly spacious. In addition, there's a sitting area on the front patio, a huge balcony off the living room with a couch, chairs and table and a 3rd balcony off of the master bedroom with a great table & chairs. This unit is amazing and you'll feel the love and no-doubt enjoy it as I always have. This is not a 'rental' - it's my home I open up to select few.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

This great location is within walking distance to Chapparal Park, grocery stores and just minutes from the Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale, the Spring training facility, the amazing dog park and multi-use exercise path areas. The freeways are easily accessible from the unit and multiple main arteries heading north and south put you in the middle of it all, while the quiet location makes you feel like you're miles away from everything. Scottsdale has it all! The public transportation is amazing totally and safe for all, unlike some other big cities.

Awesome upper end unit with all vaulted ceilings and lots of space including a front porch, huge furnished balcony/outdoor relaxing space off the living room and another balcony and relaxing space off the master bedroom. Luxurious bedding, linens, pool towels, flat screen TV's, stereo's and DVD players, ironing board & iron, all of the appliances and kitchen necessities even a chef would desire and so much more. The most discriminating individual won't be wanting for anything in this most beautiful, luxurious, spacious condo! Not to mention that it's right on the Greenbelt with multi-use paths for walking and cycling, a block from the free Scottsdale Trolley that runs 7 days a week and right on our great bus route. The private pool and jacuzzi is totally remodeled, has a great kitchen, sink, fridge, new Viking BBQ with cooking utensils, restrooms on-site, is heated and awesome year-round. This is a smaller, exclusive community with owners who never sell and who know each other and whose occasional tenants are treated like family. That's why we never sell and rentals are in high demand years in advance.
