* Quote 2011 renter - "We had a wonderful time in your home. It suited our family well. One could have a good time just sitting around and watching the water and the boats going by all day. The ocation is very convenient. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to town; having a good location to begin a bike ride and having a slip right outside the door for our skiff.....All in all a wonderful vacation. We were pleased that we chose your house to rent. You have a great home with a knock out view. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks for letting us rent your home."

* Quote 2011 renter - "My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Your house was just perfect for us and the location is wonderful. We have been going to Chincoteague for over 25 years and have stayed in alot of different accommodations, but yours by far has been the best. We hope to get the opportunity to stay again.

* Quote 2011 Renter - "Pony Swim Townhouse provides a great location to unwind, whether you are a group of two or six. You can treat yourself to a private Jacuzzi bath, take a walk along the pier and sit next to the water (that is right outside your door), dock your boat with ease, spend time on your private decks, or spend time with you family; it can be found here. The layout of the condo provides a unique opportunity to spend time as a group or to spend time alone reading a great book. There are several decks to enjoy the great views from and I would highly recommend the unit to any future renters. Hope your next trip was as great as our trip. Richie was great to work with. Wishing you safe travels.” - San Diego, CA

* Quote September, 2011 Weekend Renter - " I had such a wonderful time in your beautifully appointed home in VA. We crabbed right off the docks out front, drank wine on the decks, and star gazed from the 3rd floor. Slept very well in the beds and enjoyed the jet tubs. We will be back again." - Bernville, PA
