The lanai offers patio table and chairs for comfy beach front dining, with overhead fan for sultry evenings. Outdoor gas grill area located in close proximity to the apartment.
Serene and charming describe this water-front condo. Through a wall of glass, the living area opens out over the
beach, bringing in the warm ocean breeze, and the fresh scent of salty air.
The master bedroom also opens out onto the lanai...enjoy the sounds of evening waves crashing against the shore. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom host full private baths. This apartment has the largest guest bath of any 2 bdrm units in the building.
A beautifully landscaped patio surrounds our climate-controlled, GULF-FRONT, private pool. Lounges are provided for relaxing in the sun, or seek the shade of the garden palm trees.
For the beach, we have sand chairs, beach towels, and cooler.
This first floor condo is convenient to the elevator, stairs, pool, patio, & parking. Great for quick and easy exit to the beach!

About the Owner
We have always enjoyed the Gulf Coast of Florida. It has been a great place to bring the kids, then the grandkids and now even a great grandchild. Don't just build sand castles, build memories! This photo is taken at the local town water park, which is a must visit for the kids!

Fantastic place to stay!!
A Great Vacation Spot!!!
It has all the amenities of home - comfortable beds, a kitchen with full cooking and serving setup - even a washer and a dryer which comes in handy since we usually stay 2 weeks. It is conveniently located to supermarkets and great restaurants, yet it is at the quiet end of Ft. Myers Beach, which is really important to us. If you like night-life its just a few miles down the road, but we enjoy the quiet. Right next to Lover's Key State Park, and we hike the trails and beaches there each year.
We've had fun at a variety of attractions right on the Island, and also in nearby Fort Myers, including some excellent theater. Many nights we head up Route 41 (about 10 miles from condo) toward Naples - some great restaurants, shops, and night life.
Alice, the owner, gives just the right amount of attention to us, making sure that everything is just right -you can immediately see the care that this place receives upon entering. The only time we noticed a minor problem (hissing coming from the electric panel) and called her, the repair man was there in no time correcting things.
We work hard all summer (we're in the hospitality business ourselve) and this spot has come to mean a lot to us - it's our "winter" summer vacation and we couldn't find a better spot!
