Completely renovated this year our 1600 square foot home has plenty of comfortably decorated living space plus the large second story, wrap around deck. The deck is large enough to lounge or have a relaxing meal all while enjoying an ocean view or catching an afternoon breeze. Three ample sized bedrooms with 2 queen beds and two twin beds and two full baths handle six quite comfortably. The fully equipped brand new kitchen has everything a gourmet chef might need. Other features include full size washer and dryer in the separate laundry room, two new flat screen TVs, cable, Wi-Fi, TVs in all the bedrooms, all linens, beach towels and chairs plus a wagon to take all your gear to the beach, ceiling fans in every room and a charcoal grill. We can even provide a high chair and sleep-in Pack N Play for our littlest guests.
Our home is on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach in an area called Laguna Beach. Located just 3.3 miles west of the “Y” intersection of US Highway 98 and Florida 79, we are minutes from Pier Park, Frank Brown Recreational Center, beach attractions, shopping, dining, and churches of all denominations. We are within easy walking distance to The Carousel, a locally famous supermarket with everything, and of course the best donuts on the beach at Thomas Donuts. Being just the sixth house from the beach our home is a quick walk to the glistening Gulf waters. This is quicker access than most beachfront high rise condos where you wait and wait to lug your supplies onto an elevator. No more searching for an open spot on the beach. Our section of the beachfront is adjacent to Laguna’s dedicated, mile long stretch of private undeveloped, pristine sands which are specifically for the enjoyment of our neighborhood.

Classic beach activities of Panama City are a short drive to the
east. Such as: Thomas Drive, St. Andrews State Park, Shipwreck
Island Water Park, golfing, miniature golf, tennis, jet skiing,
parasailing, helicopter rides, arcades, shopping, dining, and much,
Located to the west are the more laid-back beach communities of the
senic-30A area, which include: Seaside, Grayton Beach, and San
Destin. Don’t forget Helen State Park, Lake Powell with its public
boat ramp, and everybody’s favorite the SanDestin Outlet Mall.
Within walking distance you’ll find Lahan’s Carousel Supermarket,
Thomas Donuts, gift shops, and restaurants. And of course the
emerald green waters and white sugar sands of a one-mile stretch of
dedicated beachfront. The perfect place to walk with the one you
love and enjoy watching the sun set.
