is 2 blocks from Collier Blvd, across the street from the
Marco Island Hilton Beach Resort and the new Marriott Crystal Shores
Resort. The house was purchased for our personal use, so it has ALL
the amenities we are accustomed to. The house is beautifully
decorated and comfortable for a couple or a family.
The bedrooms each sleep 2, and the lower level rec room has a
convertible couch. A balcony stretches across the back of the house
with entry from the Master BR, Dining Room, and guest BR, with
leading to a new, heated, screened pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook. 3 TVs,
cabled, are provided for families with different viewing tastes.
Board games, pool table, bikes, video tapes are also available for
you and your family if you wish to simply stay home.
The home is immaculate and very well maintained. The neighborhood
quiet and the neighbors are helpful. Although not on water, there
a large over-sized garage for boat storage. Public waterway access
is a few blocks away.
We are sure those choosing to rent this home will love it as much as
