Our ground floor, condo is set on Blind Pass

Road. We are within walking distance of the beautiful Sunset Beach, and across the street from the intercoastal waterway.

The master bedroom has a queen

bed, plenty of drawer space, large closet and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in double shower, sink & toilet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, closet and a separate family bathroom with tub & shower, sink & toilet. The kitchen has maple cabinets with

black granite counter-tops, dishwasher, microwave fridge/freezer & stove. The

lounge has TV/DVD/VCR. Two sofas, one is a full sleeper, and dining

area with table and four chairs. The condo has a washer/dryer.This condo has the added luxury of

a lovely back yard -

cobble-stone patio, ideal for those alfresco meals, or evening

drinks in the moonlight.

We also have central heat/air, washer/dryer & WiFi. There is also additional on site laundry facility. Hurricane-

proof windows', so, sound-proof too!

The condo has a no-smoking policy, and no pets are allowed.

wonderful stay

The condo was everything we expected and more! It was spacious and close to the beach. It had a wonderful outdoor space which was enjoyable at night. The condo had a updated kitchen with a lot of counter space. It was very clean, neat and had a welcoming feel to it. It was a great place for some r&r and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

A perfect place to Park

Wonderful - we would highly recommend this superb, stylish, comfortable, spacious air-conditioned condo. It had everything we needed, and more - the washer/tumble dryer was a really useful bonus (no dirty washing to take home, towels always fresh and clean). Lovely outside space too, with a handy back gate onto the pool area. We couldn't work out how to make the shower work but we just used the one in the en-suite anyway so it mattered not. Can't wait for next time. Thanks again Fiona. Chris and Barbara from Woking, Surrey.

Perfect condo for individual or couple. Very clean and spacious. Within walking distance of a few nice bars/restaurants. Property owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had. I would definitely stay here again during future visits to St. Pete.

Great Rental!!!!

This rental is a great find. Fiona is amazing. She is very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. The condo is super clean and fully stocked. The location is very quiet. There is a beautiful pool in the complex. There are several beaches to choose from in the area. I would highly recommend using this rental. The owners were great and made renting so easy. I would definately rent from Fiona again.

Bad experience

I stayed from 05/24/12 - 05/29/12. When I arrived around 2:00 am, it was some what stuffy in the unit so I turned down the a/c. When I woke up the next morning the condo was still very stuffy and the temperature had not gone down. Also, there was a lot of water on the floor. It was discovered that,the a/c was not working. I had send the owners an email, they are in another country and did not leave any phone numbers. I went round and round with the owners about the a/c through email, with little success. They seemed to always have some excuse, as to why they could not get someone over to fix the a/c. They first told me it was a holiday weekend, and they could not get any repairman to fix the a/c until after the holiday on Tuesday 05/29/12 and this was the day I was leaving. I informed them that this was unacceptable, and I was not going to stay from Friday until tuesday without any a/c when it was in the mid 90's. I had to make some calls and do a lot of leg work, to finally get someone to fix the a/c. They were suppose to call me on Friday evening, as wll as come and fix the unit thhat same evening. They never callled or showed up,so I called the property manager on Saturday morning and was given the phone number to the repairman. When I called him, he stated we were on the schedule for Saturday morning. The repairman called me several times to update me, that he would not be able to make it until later in the day on Saturday. Not only did I not have a/c for 2 nights, I also lost most of the day on Saturday waiting on a repairman that did not show up until 2:30 that afternoon. We had to mop up water every day, several times a day or the unit may have flooded. I was on vacation, but it seemed like I was a maid for the owneers. I asked for some time of compensation for not having the a/c and the inconvenience of losing time on my vacation. I was emailed stating they would not reimburse me in any way, that is was an unforseen incident. Regardless of the situation, I should have been compensated in some way. They stated the best they could do, would to give mre a discount on a future stay. Also, the beach is not very close, it is at least a 10 to 15 minute walk. I definetly would not return in the future. Do they really think I would return, after experiencing these types of issues. Get real!

It was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and I was at the airport meeting my daughter when I received 2 emails from guests' informing me the a/c had failed at the condo -
I immediately called my husband at work & he drove home to alert AHS who are contracted to handle all service repairs.
I emailed the guests at the same time to inform them matters were in hand.
I also emailed our housekeeper who I knew would be at work until 3-30pm but felt she should be made aware.
Within an hour, we had a confirmation order # from AHS & the contact details of the company who would be fixing the problem.
We then had to wait it out -when I arrived home we called the service company, they had called at the condo and no one was at home.
We emailed our guests who said they were out but would be at the condo within the hour & gave me his cell # to pass onto the engineer.
We then called back the a/c company - it went to voice mail so we left a message.
My husband decided to call back AHS for an update.
They informed us it was a holiday weekend & most businesses were closing at 4.30pm - she gave us their emergency # so we called that. Another answer phone....,
We emailed the guests with this update.
We then called the PARKSIDE Management Company.
By this point our housekeeper has returned home & went straight to the condo - no one was in so she used her master key to survey the situation and mopped up the water.
The Management Co were about to close for the weekend also, but offered to control the situation as they are in St Pete & had the contacts.
We gave them both the condo and guests' #'s.
We emailed the guests informing them the Management Co were now arranging for an independent engineer to call out that evening.
I was at work when I received an update to say an engineer would be fixing the problem Friday evening.
We updated the guests and told them to expect a call - they emailed back to say they were out but would be happy to return when the engineer made contact.
I finally retired to my bed at 1am feeling confident the problem would be fixed by morning.
The following day, Saturday, the guests emailed to say the engineer didn't call the previous night but had just called and had made an appointment for later that day.
The engineer reported there was a small particle blocking the condensation line.
We take our business very seriously as our other reviews clearly show & felt we did everything within our power.

Directly opposite the condo you will find public tennis courts and ballfield. You can easily walk to the nearest restaurants and shops.
