The layout makes for a perfect setting for one or 2 families.

Activity and Interests
Swimming, fishing, boating, waterskiing, suntanning, mountain
biking (large network of trails- incl. jumps if desired) and
Sproat Lake is home of the Martin Mars, the world's largest
operational flying boats which can be viewed out the kitchen window
or on their frequent test runs on the lake or in route to snuffing
The Martin Mars moorage site, ancient native petroglyphs (rock
carvings), and the provincial park are all only a healthy canoe ride
away (i.e. approximately 4 km). Sight seeing (e.g. viewing the
numerous beautiful homes along the lake), tennis, biking, hiking,
walking, fishing, and houseboating are a few of the other activities
that come to mind.
Historical McLlean's Mill, Stamp Falls Fish Ladders, and Long Beach @
Pacific Rim Park are also close, BUT WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO LEAVE

$1500/week late September to Early June.
Advanced payment of $700 booking/damage deposit required. This will
be returned when your rent cheque clears (i.e. 10 working days after
deposit) within two weeks after your departure.

Each suite equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, and cable TV. The upstairs 3 bedroom suite, also includes a computer with cable internet, VCR, DVD, and LARGE FIREPLACE, + master bdrm. with onsuite bathrm. and separate entrance onto sundeck. The downstairs 2 bedroom suite has 9' ceilings, a jacuzzi bathtub, large wood furnace + pool table. Each suite has a 12'x52' DECK with barbecue, picnic table and patio furniture. i.e. Upstairs is a sundeck, while downstairs deck is covered and waterproof. 10'x32' of WHARF space, with plenty of room to dock your boat and soak up the sun. 100'of BEACHFRONT with firepit, densely treed on either side to insure privacy.
