Completely Remodeled! This gorgeous, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Island-style penthouse unit (#10-414) is just across the street from spectacular Kamaole III Beach. An affordable beach retreat- approximately 1650 square feet ideally located in the Kamaole Sands resort in sunny South Kihei, adjacent to the upscale Wailea Resort. Located in the preferred Building 10, on the lush central courtyard. Close to the beach, but without the road noise (it's 14 units away from the end closest to the road/beach).
This one-of-a-kind unit with an extra large living room (almost twice as big as the other 2 and 3 bedroom units) is the largest unit in the complex.
Kamaole Sands boasts 15 acres of tropical gardens with fish ponds, fountains, and waterfalls. We also have one of the largest pools in Kihei with ample deck space for sun bathing. Newly remodeled, there are 18" tiled floors throughout the unit. The living area is completely open and spacious with tall vaulted ceilings and spectacular staircase to the second level. The all-new kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances and granite countertops. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with tropical island-style furnishings with a Balinese flair. The entertainment center hosts a flat screen television with digital cable channels as well as DVD player and a
selection of family DVDs is provided. You have access to the outdoor lanai (patio) which has great views of the landscaped courtyard area with fountain and views of the ocean, as well. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning out on the lanai and in the evening, enjoy the breath-taking, colorful sunsets.

The bedrooms are all very separated, offering privacy for families or friends traveling together. Two of the bedrooms are on the main level. The upstairs master/guest suite is decorated with 5-star hotel-quality teak furnishings and a king-size, four-poster bed. All bedrooms have 500-thread count luxury linens. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with granite counters.
Beach access is just across the street from Kamaole Sands (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park). We provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets, and cooler for our guests.

The condo was everything that we had hoped for and was spacious enough that everyone had their own space and privacy. We enjoyed the master bedroom and bathroom and the bedding and towels were nicer than at home. Misty answered all of my questions before we left and was very helpful. One of the best ideas is having the keypad lock instead of keys so that you don't have to worry about who has the key and where it is.
Fred's Mexican Restaurant within walking distance, and Coconuts a few miles down the road were 2 of our favorite restaurants. The BBQ area was a great option for eating in which we did about 1/2 the time. We'd definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to enjoy a great family vacation.
It was hard to pack up and leave, but we'll definitely be coming back.
April 09 Visit
The location was excellent - less than a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach with snorkelling. The owner was very helpful and considerate of our group. I would definitely recommend this location and unit to friends. We commented several times during our stay at how pleased we were with our choice of condo and location.
We noticed that the condo was equipped with baby accessories for travellers with young children.
Kihei is a bustling town with all the necessary amenities but lacking in scenic "quaintness". It is however, easily accessible to any and everything you would want to do in Maui.
