We love this place!
Warm and Friendly Visit
My husband and I were celebrating our 31st Anniversary and we wanted to Explore
Gloucester. We loved staying at this cozy little apt. It was nice being able to cook and relax, outside in their cute bistro style setting outside the apt.(not to mention FULL SUN warming us the entire visit.)
We would recommend this stay to anyone. The Owners were very friendly and we were sad to have to go back to Central NY where it was snowing. It was a Great trip all in all.
Wonderful and relaxing week in a beautiful place
The immediate area has a nice restaurant/bar up the street, an ice cream place across the street, and plenty of galleries to amble through if you like art. Beyond the immediate area it is a short drive into town or to Rockport where there are all kinds of shops, Whale Watches, historic homes and many different types of restaurants.
The owners are very nice and are accessible if you need them but they don't loom. They provided us with spot-on activity and dining recommendations.
It was a great week and we would go back in a heartbeat!
Cozy little studio on the Neck
The apartment is very modern, has all of the amenities one could want and provided wonderfully easy access to all of the attraction in Gloucester. I am sure I will return and would recommend this property to others without hesitation.

Activity and Interests
Rocky Neck has been called America's oldest working art colony, Gloucester its oldest working seaport. Our apartment is right in the thick of things, a bustling place on a summer weekend evening, contrasting with the serenity of a silent sunrise reflecting on the cove.
Autumn is a spectacular time, less people, great dawns and reflective sunsets. Winter brings a cozy seclusion for a true retreat. Spring sees the earlier bright dawn and the belated budding of trees. Each season offers its own gifts to enjoy.
Connected to the mainland by a causeway, you can circumnavigate Rocky Neck by foot within minutes, not hours. In summer on the Neck you will find many artists' galleries, three seasonal restaurants, a coffee shop and an ice cream parlor, along with a full complement of colorful characters and views. Some galleries are open year-round.
Across the causeway, within easy walking distance, is a convenience store with homemade soups and sandwiches, and the Gloucester Stage Company theater.
A short drive, bike ride or leisurely walk away is Good Harbor Beach, one of the
best-rated beaches in the Boston area.
There are many activities during the summer months, including St. Peter's Fiesta in June, the Horribles parade and fireworks on July 3rd, the sidewalk bazaar, Rocky Neck Beaux Arts Ball and Waterfront Festival in August, and the schooner races over Labor Day weekend, just to name a few.
