Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #240 is a completely renovated - True Direct Oceanfront - Private End Unit Villa/Condo with the Best View Hilton Head Island has to offer! You have a breathtaking, panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand, you really can not get any closer. It is like being on the beach without leaving the condo. You will get to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. You can watch the kids jumping the waves and building sandcastles while relaxing on the sofa or making dinner. You can actually call the kids in from the beach right from your own private balcony!!!

Being a Private End Unit there is a side window in the living room which has a wonderful view of a beautiful courtyard, including a pond and fountain. There are only three villas in the entire complex with this view!! This is an ideal second floor villa, not too far up yet not too low where shrubs and plantings obstructs your view. This is not a unit that has the steps next to the balcony; which also gives you added privacy!

(We also own Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #221, a corner unit condo with a fantastic view of the ocean, beach, and pool). If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, convenient place to spend your Hilton Head Island vacation, look no further, both our rental properties (Breakers #240 and #221) were renovated and are in excellent condition.

This is a favorite spot for couples and small families. You don't have to drive or walk to the beach - you're already there; the ocean is right out the door! The Breakers is a small quiet complex, there are only 120 villas, perfect for a relaxing vacation. During your stay you'll enjoy one of Hilton Head Islands widest beaches and most desirable, convenient locations. You may not need to use or move your car,dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Right across the street at "Coligny Plaza" there are quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery.

We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure our villas are clean and well maintained. We personally inspect both units prior to each arrival, insuring our guest a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Being local owners enables us to update our villas on a regular basis. "The majority of our guests are repeat renters." If they need to contact us during their stay, we are just a phone call away.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at Hilton Head a few weeks ago. The weather couldn’t have been any better. We really enjoyed our stay at your rental unit. It was so neat and clean, and had everything we needed. Everything we needed was within walking distance which couldn’t have worked out any better. The view was outstanding as we were able to see a lot of marine life and all the birds. Very nice. Thanks again for providing us with a great place to stay.

Fantastic Oceanfront Vacation Rental

We have vacationed in Hilton Head Breakers #240 for the last three years and we love it! It is a private end unit with an amazing view; it is like being on the beach without leaving the villa, just like the description says! The owners of Breakers #240 live on Hilton Head Island and they really keep it in great condition, it is very clean and well maintained, and has all the comforts you could ask for. We have vacationed in several units at the Breakers but this is the nicest by far. We also love the location; you can walk right across the street to restaurants, grocery store, shops, bakery etc. Highly recommended!

Immaculately maintained, beautifully appointed, perfect for 2

This unit on the second floor is actually 3 stories up (no elevator), not bad but I wouldn't want the third floor. It is a oceanfront corner unit which offers a side window and opening on the side of the balcony which brings in natural light making the unit feel more spacious and provides more of a breeze on the balcony. The unit is very well equipped for cooking, cleaning, relaxing. It is truly oceanfront with a great view of the beach, rare on HHI. The owners live nearby and provide great communication. It is obvious that they take pride in keeping the place nice for guests. Breakers is in a nice location within easy walking distance to most everything you'd want (grocery store, restaurants, shops, bike rentals), a great location for first time visitors like us. Wireless internet is readily available with lots of unsecured networks with strong signals.

Excellent location for a short stay

Being on the beach, and yet just across the street from a shopping center, made this a perfect location for my wife and me. The unit is on the small side, but very comfortable. The owners maintain it quite well and it is always clean and fresh on our arrival. We found the owners to be very cordial and helpful as we made our initial trip and each one thereafter. We hope to make this an annual trip ....and this will be the first unit we seek each time.

Great seafood all over the island and a stay here is highly recommended.

Highly Recommend Breakers 240 - Could not be more pleased!

My husband and I rented Breakers 240 and would highly recommend this rental, you won't be disappointed! It is spotless clean, tastefully decorated and nicely updated....we couldn't be more pleased. The view is breathtaking, the ocean is right out the patio door. We loved that it is an end unit...having the side window in the living room is really nice. The location is fantastic, we loved being able to walk to restaurants in the evening and having a grocery store right across the street is great also. Thank you Rick and Vickie..we will definitely be back.

The biggest attraction to Hilton Head Island is our beautiful wide beach and its hard packed white sand, ideal for sunbathing, riding bikes, jogging, shell hunting and romantic strolls.

All types of water sports are available including windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, boating, fishing, etc. There is something for everyone to do, horseback riding, waterslides, miniature golf, arcades, theaters, playgrounds, tennis, championship golf courses, dinner cruises, dolphin cruises etc. Another big attraction on the Island is Harbour Town, you will definitely want to put that on your list of things to do, it's not far from the Breakers.

If you like biking, there are miles of bike paths right out your door.

    Our weekly rental rates include all cleaning fees, the only additional charge is the 10% occupancy tax.

Notes:

  • Breakers #240 will accommodate up to three occupants. There is a queensize bed in the bedroom a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and (bunks in a hall alcove.) The bunks are great when you have kids, you don't have to pull out the sofa bed and have it in your way. You can put the kids to bed, shut the door and have the living room to yourself. You can relax, watch tv or sit on the balcony without disturbing them. TV's in the bedroom and livingroom!!! Our renovated villa is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including: loveseat and queen sofa sleeper in livingroom for added comfort and additional seating, central air and heat, new Sony LCD widescreen TVs..40" in the livingrooms and 32" in the bedrooms, DVD players in the livingroom and bedroom, dishwasher, garbage disposal, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, cooking utensils etc. Everything you need is provided, bed linens etc. The only thing you need to bring are bath towels and washcloths. (If you are traveling by plane, bath towels and washcloths can be provided upon request.) Also provided are beach chairs, coffee pot filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, liquid soap for kitchen and bath and starter roll of paper towels and toilet tissue. This oceanfront property has a large oceanfront pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. There are two pools, one for the adults and a kiddie pool for the little ones. The pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over. A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach. Covered parking, Onsite Manager, Seasonal Security.
