Activity and Interests

Of course, the ocean itself is the biggest attraction in Ocean City,

and the beach is mere minutes away. Just outside your door on the

bay side is Northside Park, a beautiful public facility, 58 acres

with lighted ball fields, fishing lagoon, tot lots, picnic area, two

piers, walking/jogging and roller-blade paths, soccer fields, and an

indoor gymnasium.

Ocean City also includes its famous boardwalk, amusement parks, and miniature golf courses. Watersport activities (boating, skiing,

etc.) are available. An abundance of restaurants and shops are

located throughout Ocean City, some of which are within a convenient walking distance of this condo. Numerous bars and night clubs offer exciting live music and a variety of food and spirits. Local champsionship golf courses are just a short drive away, as are the Delaware beaches, and tax-free outlet malls.

Payments/arrangements are managed by Coldwell Banker Vacations.

Rate includes 6% Maryland state tax and 4.5% county room tax on base rate, and $65 processing fee.

*Peace of Mind protection is also offered, to protect you from the
expense of accidental damage to the premises during your stay. The
$55, non-refundable fee covers you against accidental damage to the
rented property, up to $3,000.

Weekly Rate: $840 - $2050

  • Lorelei II includes a private outdoor pool just steps away from the ground floor elevator and stairwell. The unit also has a secure storage closet right next to the elevator that can hold bicycles, beach chairs, etc. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and DVD/VCR combo, and direct access to the master bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and direct access to the main bathroom, with TV and DVD. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with TV and DVD, and direct access to the balcony. The living room features an automatic gas fireplace, digital-cable TV, and DVD/VCR combo. Two sofas are included, one of which pulls out to a queen- size bed. Direct access to the balcony is also provided. All TVs are wired for expanded cable. Wireless Internet access is provided. The dining area includes a six-place set, and also has direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, and includes a full supply of all utensils, pots & pans, dishes and cups/glasses. A full-sized washer and dryer are located behind cabinet doors off of the kitchen. The enormous balcony includes two patio furniture sets, and is the perfect place to enjoy the setting sun over the bay and Northside Park (as well as the park's Fourth of July fireworks!). From mid- November through the end of December, the park is decorated for the holidays with the Winterfest of Lights, and many of the lights are visible from the balcony. The unit has central heat and A/C. Local phone service is provided. Two parking spaces are afforded each unit on the ground floor level. Covered parking spaces are available.
