This magnificent Condo is located in the Apollo Condominium Building
on the beautiful south side of Marco Island next to exclusive Cape
Marco, with full views of Marco's crescent beach and south pass to
the Everglades. Condo owners are local Marco Island residents and
special Owner Attention is given to all guests to insure the condo is
in pristine condition, with a "family touch". This eliminates the
need to "track down" a remote owner, should additional needs be
necessary by our guests. Our condo has an oversized balcony
overlooking the beach, exclusive only to the floor this condo is on.
A magnificent lobby faces you on the first floor, with access to this
condo by elevator or one set of stairs. A queen bed in the master
bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room sleeps four people in
comfort. The living room has large sliders which open to the
balcony. Our kitchen is fully equipped w/granite counter tops & island.
Condo is centrally located within walking distance to many of Marcos
best restaurants, movies and shopping centers. Only 45 minutes from
FT. Myers SW Florida International Airport. Numerous wildlife areas,
including the magnificent Everglades are minutes away for wildlife
observation, fishing or just plain strolling through. Naples
philharmonic center and many other activities are a short drive away,
as well as quick access to Medical Hospitals and facilities should
there be a need and a health care center is located on Marco Island.
Our Beach is second to none in natural beauty, shelling and the
Sunsets are breathtaking. SUGGESTION: There are other listings for
condos in this building, but be sure to rent from an owner who takes
pride in the unit, lives nearby (not far out of state) and insures
the perfect cleanliness and up to date furnishings!

and monthly $1,500. all taxes & cleaning included, based on 2 person
rental. . Our seasonal rates are 12/20-4/20, 1,300 weekly, 2125 two weeks, 2825 three weeks, 3725 monthly.
