We now offer the use of our own 2008 Ford Eddie Bauer 4x4 Expedition EL with about 40k miles. This is a Suburban sized 8 passenger SUV that will be waiting for our guests at the airport on their arrival. It includes leather seating, rear collision detector, automatic rear power lift gate, and the use of child car/booster seats. The price will be about $50/day. Our newly renovated five bedroom, four bath 1900 square foot two story condo with a loft sleeps 12-14 and is located two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort lifts and ski school. We are one block from the supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and directly on the Park City shuttle, which provides free transportation to the down town area and the other two resorts in Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons.
It is perfect for two families on a ski vacation, a family reunion or a group gathering.
We are continuing to improve your experience. This year we have replaced our washer and dryer with a new Extra high capacity washer and dryer with a sensor that will shut off automatically when the clothes are done. This means less time doing laundry and more time with your family.
We have also replaced the windows and doors increasing energy efficiency and keeping you toasty warm.
Additionally we have started using a new vendor and as a result will provide all of your detergents (dish, washing machine, hand soap, shampoo). This means no hassle getting through security at the airport and buying stuff locally… more time with your family.
This is our fifth year renting and this will be our most exciting and successful season yet. We are proud to announce we have just completed a top to bottom renovation, and the transformation is phenomenal. If you have rented with us before you will love the facelift and if this is your first visit you be impressed.
Our condo now has granite counter tops with under mount sinks, new cabinetry throughout, alder doors with oversized matching molding, fresh paint, natural travertine stone tile in the kitchen and baths, and new carpeting.
The condo has Wi-Fi internet access and a laptop computer onsite the the use of the guests. There are 6 wall mounted flat panel cable TV’s, which means every bedroom and the living room is a place where you can relax after your day of skiing. Every bedroom has energy efficient heaters, electric thermostats and overhead fans. Additionally there is a carbon dioxide detector, a boot and glove warmer, two out door decks, a fireplace and a common area hot tub.
As always we are a family and “kid friendly” operation and our newly renovated condo proudly sports several features, such as a port-a-crib and a high chair, which will make your visit a pleasure. We are stocked with board games, so enjoy our dedicated game room and card table, where Uno and Poker are always on the menu. If cards aren’t your thing then there’s always Playstation II (bring or rent games of your choice), Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit or for the little ones Bingo and Guess Who.
To make your trip most convenient and efficient you won’t need to carry a door key that can be misplaced or stolen. Your party will be given a unique combination to the digital door lock that will allows all members of your party to have access. There’s no getting locked out, no key to loose, and no key to mail back.
As always everything you will need to make your stay complete is provided, from linens, towels, a washer and dryer in the unit and condiments in the pantry and free parking.
Our cleaning service, is meticulous and only uses non-allergenic “green” cleaning products. They normally clean the condo at the conclusion of your trip, but should you feel the need, they are available to perform additional cleanings at your request.
We are excited with the results of the renovation but we are ecstatic about our rates, which will remain super economical. In the future we may need to raise our prices, so book now to take advantage of our rates, which are 25% less than similar condos in the area. Our goal is not monetary gain, but to have a place for family and friends to use as a winter retreat. Therefore, please rent our condo but treat it as if it is your own. Smoking is not permitted and if you break something (as you can imagine this is pretty common with kids) either replace it or let us know so we can replace it for others to use in the future.
As a family run operation, we realize a ski vacation can become expensive, Therefore we will pass along a newsletter with some tips for savings on your trip to Park City. This includes information on how to get free first day lift tickets, lift tickets at a 25% discount, (for six days of skiing this means one person's savings is about $160, a family of four about $640, and for a group of eleven which is what we commonly take on our yearly trip, $1,750). We also have some tips for child care, discounted ski equipment/gear and car rental, bus route info and our favorite family friendly restaurants.

Easy to work with
Spring Ski Trip
We rented the vehicle that came with the condo, but most days walked to the mountain, as we had several sub-groups in our party.
Owner was helpful, will rent again
The whole transaction took about 10 minutes (This surprised us.... we have used vrbo for years and although the deals are great, sometimes the process is a hassle). Sent the request, got the booking quote back, clicked the link, filled in my cc info and got the door code.....Convenient to the airport, easy to find.
The place was clean, well equipped and as advertised. Living room could have been bigger, wifi was fine... 7/11 down the block was nice to run to get late night milk run.
Bottom line well maintained place, the owner is heavily involved and appears to have a smooth running operation.
Nicely Kept Secret for two families to Share a Condo
The condo was clean, and delivered as promised, the beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home. The appliances appear to be new... and as a side note I would suggest never to rent a condo without a washer and dryer in the unit.... I mention this because this condo has a washer/dryer that I loved so much I think we will buy one for our own home.
The vehicle rental is a fantastic touch that saved us a ton of money and made things very easy.
