Crestview Condo completed in 2002 - boasts peaceful surroundings, scenic views of the High Ute Ranch, and modern amenities. This spacious corner unit sleeps 8 people in beds. The condo has 2 bedrooms, plus loft and 3 full bathrooms. It's located on the third (top) floor of an elevator building. Enjoy the serenity of your surroundings without the noise of neighbors.

The condo features a large, private deck with a gas grill. The condo includes an assigned parking space in a heated garage, with a private storage closet. You're minutes from The Canyons (3 mins), Park City Mountain Resort (7 mins), and Deer Valley (10 mins) on the free shuttle. Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are all less than an hour minutes away. Dining, shopping and nightlife are right down the street.

After doing a lot of research, we purchased our first condo in Crestview in 2007, we have so many repeat customers that we decided to purchase another one in 2013. We are a family of 3 that splits our time in Park City and Bethesda, MD so we can be close to our daughters grandparents. We take pride in providing a clean comfortable condo at a reasonable price.

Comfortable condo

Clean roomy condo with all the extras you would want for a comfortable ski getaway. Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley all within a 20 minute drive. Attractive outlet shopping (Adidas, Nike, Coach, Gap, ect.) area within walking distance. Easy access, garage parking, great view, nearby family dining. Recommended.

Family travelling for Christmas break ski vacation

We would definitely come back to this condo. The condo was exactly as advertised. The private space in the underground garage parking was excellent for inclement winter weather with large parking space that could accommodate SUV easily. The condo was clean and had sufficient space for two adults and four active kids. Three boys shared loft with plenty of room. Three full bathrooms were all clean and large (a big plus). Bedrooms had excellent closet/dresser space. Kitchen has everything you might need for eating meals at the condo. Wifi/cable worked great. The owner was very accommodating, was easy to contact, and responded quickly with answers to questions.

Condo is conveniently located and the road to the condo (and parking lot) remained well maintained/opened even during a winter snowstorm. I would recommend a car if that is feasible, but we did not try to use the bus route.

Good location, nice condo

The condo was located right next to the outlets near Park City. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of miles. We liked the location, because we went skiing in Deer Valley, Canyons and Alta. The condo was clean and very well stocked. It even had crutches (which thankfully were not needed).
The owner was very helpful. Thank you for your suggestions and a very informative guide. We followed your suggestion, and went to Loco Lizard restaurant, which is across the street, and now it's one of our favorite places to go.
The loft had 3 beds and a nice bathroom. There were 2 other bathrooms downstairs and 2 other good size bedrooms. It was nice to have a private parking space in a heated garage.
We also liked that it was very quite and private. It's located on the top floor.
The only suggestion I have is to fix or get a new dishwasher, since the silverware and plates had a residue on them after being washed.
We would like to come back next year.

A group of 6 of us stayed at this condo for a 2 week ski holiday in February of 2010. We were pleased with the accommodation - it was accurately reflected on the website (photos and description) and it was clean and well maintained. We found that it was quite well equipped also (for example, a nice variety of kitchen utensils, a gas grill nearby, a slow cooker etc..). We enjoyed our contact with the owner - he was friendly, prompt, and quite concerned about our comfort. He provided great advice for lift tickets, shopping, and area attractions. I would very much recommend this property to a friend (and so would my condo-mates). We will reach out to this owner again for future trips.

We really appreciated the location of this condo - about a half-hour or so from the SLC Airport, and very close to some fabulous skiing. It is a short walk from the Outlet stores, and the grocery stores and other shopping/services are close by too. It would help to have a vehicle if you stay at this condo.

We fell in love with Park City from the first time we came to visit in 2000. The proximity to the airport, inspiring mountains, relaxed lifestyle, abundant activities, summer weather, and vacation atmosphere made this the place for us. Oh yeah, and the snow! Crestview is a short ride to Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley without having to pay a premium to be close to one mountain. We love having the heated garage so there is no shoveling snow in the morning.

We live here for most of the summer so it's stocked with everything you would want for a relaxing stay. We love entertaining and having our friends visit. The condo sleeps 8 people comfortably in beds (3 Queens and 2 Twin Beds.) We are also the only model in the building that has 3 full bathrooms. This condo is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
