Nice OceanFront Condo

Nice condo, well equipped directly overlooking the beach.
We were very pleased with all the amenities that were provided.
Beach Towel, beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen and nicely furnished apartment. The Beach itself is fantastic. Lots of waves but no danger for children. Vero Beach is a great area with some super restaurants.

Some issues to note:
Upon check-in there was no welcome package and.the office is not open on weekends so if you check in on Saturday there is no one to support you with any issues. I knew that when making a reservation but it became an issue oince we were in the condo. Angela the owner promptly returned my call to help us resolve some minor issues once we were settling in the condo. She was really great.
Once we were guided to the drawer containing the instruction sheets we were able to navigate through the use of TVS and other equipment in the condo.

One real problem is that I am 6'4" and the first time I went to the front porch from the walkway I smashed my head on the large low hanging concrete support. I was really stunned and unfortunately I did that 2 other times before I smartened up to duck to turn the corner to get on the porch. There needs to be some warning since that is a problem for tall people. That is hitting your head on lower that usual doorways and walkways.

The wives did not like the fact that the lounge chairs at the pool were outside the gated pool and had to sit in the grass outside the fence. As a result they did not use the pool which is something they usually enjoy.

None of this deterred us from having a great time in Vero Beach.
Thanks for the use of your very nice apartment.

We had a great time, enjoyed the fantastic beach, found some great restaurants and toured the area.

We purchased this condo from a family member, absolutely love the condo and the town of Vero Beach.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended

Beach and boardwalk within a few steps, restaurants within minutes, boutique and outlet shopping, fishing, and much more.

Over 11 golf courses open to the public, all within a 30 minute

drive. 3 International airports, all conveniently located.

Melbourne (60 min.), West Palm Beach (90 min.), and Orlando (1 hr.

45 min).
