Ave with an open western view. The unit measures 360SqF and has
recently been modernized/upgraded, it is very bright and clean.
Studio has a Queen size bed, Sofabed which becomes full size bed,
kitchenette with granite countertop/bar with bar two stools, new
appliances, coffee/expresso maker, microwave, refrigerator, etc.

Comfortable and exciting
Our key delivery system IS secure,keys are never marked with room numbers,and have NEVER had a complaint or problem before.
Guests were called after the FOUR month old refrigerator in the apt. was left defrosting and the door open.(apartment recently renovated) the freezer had a puncture mark and the cooling fluid had escaped into the ice,as they attempted to defrost ice that had formed around the freezer.pictures taken from damage.
Guest WAS contacted and agreed to pay for damages.Owner kindly agreed to half the actual cost of replacement,($150) disgruntled guest,as we were never contacted about cleanliness or any other issues.Otherwise any complaints would have been addressed IMMEDIATELY.

Besides the pool chaise lounges, you have a choice of a private sitting area in the sand, or else walk out the gate and there's the beach and ocean.
