“Casa by the Sea was originally purchased and completely restored in 2006. At the time it was created as the Interiors by Faith design showroom, but as the need for an interesting and unique vacation rental property became apparent, the Casa has gradually developed into a full time guest house which occasionally hosts clients who need a place while undergoing construction with a complete renovation by Faith. A historically recognized Spanish craftsman; and was purchased for just $10 in depression era 1928, the first residents of the home were the 'Lindsay family' , and Mr. Lindsay was the original Film Projectionist for The Brooks Theater on Coast Hwy in Oceanside, which still offers regular showings and special events. A recent article highlighting Faith Ann Paulus and Casa by the Sea was recently published in Specs and Spaces magazine:”
