Tucked into a mountainside, this property has been selected by travel writers for several National publications for its ambience, many amenities and location: 3 blocks from downtown Manitou Springs with its many quaint shops and restaurants, 2 blocks from major attractions and just 4 miles from downtown Colorado Springs. In the evenings, the only sound you may hear is Ruxton Creek running down the mountainside. If you want a quiet place to sleep with all the creature comforts you demand, look no further!
At the Springs is just footsteps from incredible hiking trails including the Barr Trail, attractions including the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, restaurants including many varieties as well as being on the route of the Free Shuttle. You may decide to walk and leave your car in our private off-street parking in front and below the Property. Stay At the Springs and save on gas and parking as all of downtown Manitou is now parking metered. The Pike National Forest is directly behind the property via a private staircase, but location is just one of the reasons Honeymoon Couples to Corporate Travelers have enjoyed the Property. The Cottage sleeps 2 best but can accomodate 3 on occasion. There is a staircase to accend but this gives the Property and its patio peace and quiet and privacy that most guests crave.
Fully restored, this Victorian Cottage retains its original beadboard walls and ceilings, but the best of the past and the present has been combined to make At the Springs cabin your best vacation choice.

You can sit on your private patio and watch the clouds roll by or see a thousand stars in the sky when sitting outside most evenings. Come soak in your private indoor jacuzzi tub for two and relax those sore muscles after a busy day of activities. In colder weather, curl up in the bed with the remote controlled gas fireplace and forget the cares of the world. The choices are all yours!
So what are you waiting for? Won't you come make your special memories and enjoy the majestic beauty of Pikes Peak by staying At the Springs?.
My family and I moved here in 1994. We love to travel ourselves and part of my family comes and stays in this Cabin. There is so many fun things to do here. I feel lucky to live here and enjoy many activities including my horses. I can simply ride out the gate where they live and be in the National Forest. This picture was taken in the Garden of the Gods that is just one of the many attractions in the area.

“Location-Creature Comforts-Location The Property is on the free shuttle route that runs all over town, so you can park your car and walk or catch a ride on the shuttle. This cottage is truly set up for relaxation from the remote controlled fireplace you can operate from the bed, the giant Jacuzzi tub with a brand new (September 2014) tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water, to A/C for our few really hot days, to a shady patio and a picnic table if friends come up to visit and snack. Off-street free parking is rare in Manitou the entire downtown as well as our whole street is metered parking. The World famous Barr Trail, the Cog Railway and the Iron Springs Melodrama are just three blocks from the Cottage.”
