Our condo is a light and bright, upper-level (second story) two-
bedroom, two bathroom (with tub and shower) unit with 1150 square
feet. One of the bathrooms is within the master bedroom. The unit
has central air conditioning, new in 2010.
There is a spacious living room with a sofa that converts to a queen-
size sleeper. On the west side is a screened-in porch, or lanai,
with a table and chairs. Ceramic tile and carpeting throughout.
There is also an eating area (new dining set in Feb. 2013) that will seat up to
six, plus a breakfast bar, with stools. New large-screen TV (46 in.) Feb. 2013. New computer and flat-screen monitor Feb. 2013.
NOTE: New phone service, with unlimited local and long-distance calling, effective Feb. 2014.
We are located in a walled, gated compound in a lovely residential

My wife Sue and I live in Grand Rapids, MI, and annually spend the month of Feb. in our condo. ( It is available for rent the rest of the year. We have four children, all married, and seven grandchildren, as of this writing. We enjoy having them visit us in Florida as they are able.

airport 25 minutes away. Just a couple blocks to a new Super WalMart, groceries, movies rentals, restaurants... Other nearby attractions:
Ice Palace Arena, MLB Tropicana Field. Shopping Malls: Tampa Bay
Center, Tyrone Mall, Universal Mall, Westshore Plaza. St. John's
Pass gift stores. Gulf Coast Factory shops. The Pier, Eckerd
NEW (2014): A walkway/bike path is now open on several acres adjacent to (north side of) the complex.
