315 Sea Cabins 1300 Ocean Blvd. Newly remodeled February 2014 with granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise, watch the

dolphins frolic; keep an eye on the kids in the pool, or dad on the

fishing pier all from the comfort of your living room, kitchen, or

balcony. This cute Condo is situated on the third floor of the

"A" building affording unobstructed panoramic ocean views.

There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living

room, and two bunk beds tucked in an alcove (My daughter thinks they

are "Way Cool!" And even her 6’2 uncle has agreed). A close family

can really enjoy themselves. A game of Dominos or Yahtzee,

anyone????

Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, this cozy condo is perfectly

positioned. You are just steps from the beach and in walking

distance to the Island’s best restaurants, shops, and park. While on the Islands you can go Swimming, Body Surfing, Play Volleyball, Dine at Oceanfront Restaurants, Bike the Beaches,

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I recently spent a week in this condo and it was simply perfect! The pictures really do not do the view justice. Prior to booking the condo, I was extremely concerned about the view (parking lot). It really was not an obstacle at all. The view was perfect. Condo was cozy, clean and updated. The convenience of walking to shops and restaurants was awesome. The owners were spot on with any questions or concerns that arose. The maintenance guys were very pleasant. I would definitely book with these folks again!...

My husband and I enjoyed everything about the condo. Beautiful spot right on the beach, and the beach never felt crowded. The owners provided chairs that were much appreciated on our beach trips. We cooked dinner one of the nights, and my husband was very impressed with the well stocked kitchen. Most other nights we took a short drive to eat at Sullivan's Island... Lots of delicious choices!

Short drive to downtown Charleston, everything was perfect for the two of us. We were also impressed with how easy everything was made for us by the owners, and would definitely return.

Great location, view, and updated kitchen in this ocean front condo. The owners even left a beach bag filled with snacks! This place is clean, has everything you need. You won't find better value on Isle of Palms.

Would stay again!

Our family loved it! It is the perfect location: right on the beach, a short walk to everything, with an excellent view. The place is updated, clean, and contains everything that you might need. The personal service is one that you can't get at a hotel! They even left chairs, boogie boards, games, and beach play things for our children. Plus, who could beat that price!? We can't wait to stay again. Thank you!

Honeymoon paradise

This place is wonderful well appointed and just right for 2 or 2 plus kids. Fantastic view and private balcony make it so much better than a hotel room. The owners/manager couldn't be more accommodating. Isle of palms is a pain to find parking, no worries you have a lovely spot in a secure place. Private Pier and beach access are great. BE ADVISED there is NO elevator and you must drag your bags up three flights but its WORTH IT>
