My wife and I spent a week here in erly November. This condo has EVERYTHING you wil need. The owners are extremely thoughtful and attentive to anything you need. The view is outstanding. When contacting the owners, they responded immediately. Greatly appreciated. We will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We have been many times in Florida but it was our first stay in Anna Maria island. The condo is directly on the beach, very well equipped for days at the beach , eating in with lot of dishes, glasses etc , everything is there for à confortable stay.
No bad surprises, everything was there as described . The pictures do not do justice to the condo, it´s better.
Great location, easy access to many restaurants.
The owner was answering any questions we had before and during our stay.
It's a great place to stay on a great island.

First let me say that the photos do not do any justice for this condo. We booked a little last minute and owners George & Josie were terrific from the very first email. We were extremely pleased at how comfortable and nice the condo was and let's not even discuss the million dollar view.
Everything you could possible need was available for our use....beach chairs, games, books, linens, etc. and the kitchen was well stocked with pretty much anything you'd need to cook a meal.
The area was so quiet day and night, it was exactly what we were hoping for. The beach was fabulous just steps away. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We were so sad to leave.
We would definitely rent this condo again and recommend it to others!

What a great spot! Right on the beach! Terrific gulf view. Nice pool and lovely condo. It is north of Manatee Avenue so away from most of the traffic. I have rented many vacation properties, this one was far cleaner and more well equipped and better maintained than most. The owner was very easy to deal with and readily available for any questions. The only thing I will mention is that it's two flights of stairs up, no elevator; and although it was not a problem for most, my sister who had knee surgery had a difficult time. Thank you George for making your lovely unit available.

Best Beach Location

We've been vacationing here for about the last four years. For a number of years prior to that, my sister had been vacationing here. The condo is comfortable and well stocked with everything you will need - and more. Most fabulous are the view of the beach and the ever-present sound of rolling waves. The sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking! The condo is centrally located and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. And of course if you don't feel like walking, the free trolley is just steps away. The owners are most accommodating and easy to deal with. We highly recommend this condo for your beach vacation!

Seaside Beach House

Our contact with the owner was smooth and easy - being the first time for us, we had several questions but the owner guided us through the process and all went exceptionally well without a hitch.
The beach house was easy to locate (with a little help from Google Earth) and was as the photo shows right on the beach. If you came to relax and not travel - then a car is not required. The local tram goes by the end of the street every half hour and is a free service (small donation if you wish) with stops all along the route within walking distance to local malls, stores, shops and restaurants. You can also transfer to the adjacent tram systems of Longboat Key and Siesta Key to go all the way to Sarasota. Remember not to be in a hurry.
The beach house was everything as advertised and more, clean, well maintained and fully equipped with all the essentials required for a long term stay. It was our observation that most of the Island has an elderly population and does not have the night life for a younger crowd. Stores and restaurants close early and it is very quiet in the evenings, which is perfect if your trying to relax on the balcony and listen to the waves on the shore. The weather was a little cool while we were there, warm enough to be on the beach but not in the water so who would not like a heated pool tucked down behind a bushy hedge to block the breeze - it was perfect. The beach is excellent and was most crowded in the morning with an endless stream of runners, joggers and walkers and in the evening with everyone waiting for the fantastic sunsets. For us it was a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend this beach house as a place to stay and Anna Maria Island as a place to explore and visit.
